I've had nothing but good experiences going to this clinic, they are very kind and compassionate people and always ask how my animals are doing when I see them out and about. Dr. North is always there to answer any of my questions I have and my dogs just love going there, they literally pull me through the door. I Would definitely recommend this clinic, they have very reasonable rates and very friendly, knowledgeable staff!

I had come home from holidays and my basset hound Wilson had badly hurt himself while I was away. I got him to carberry vet as soon as I could. Thanks to Dr. Marie and the staff at the clinic for working so hard on getting my Wilson better. You spoiled him on his short stay there and made me feel welcome when I came to visit him:) Wilson wouldnt have made it without all your generosity and care. I am VERY grateful. I would highly recommend the Carberry Vet Clinic. Dr Marie North and her staff are highly skilled and also manage to put animals at ease They have calmed our nervous 13 year old Jack Russell when he needed his nails clipped, vaccinated our 2 year old cat and neutered our year old Jack Russell. They can squeeze a sick dog into their busy schedule when needed and always have some practical advice. I especially love that they offer 3 year vaccinations! They also have excellent dog and cat food at reasonable prices.

I really can't say enough great things about the Carberry vet clinic, Marie and her staff! My dog is a very high strung, high stress, very very nervous dog in everyday life so going to the vet always meant sedating and more drugs to wake him up. I USED to HATE that part about being a pet owner....until I took him to Dr. Marie North! She eased his craziness (and mine) in minutes!!! Calmly chatting with me and with him. She was able to check ALL of him our without any problem! I've never ever ever seen my dog so ok with being checked over by a "stranger". I think I talked about this day for weeks! Everybody who knows my dog couldn't believe it! Because of his anxiety, I've had to get a hold of her on her off hours and she always responds right away AND totally understands what I go through. Thank you so much Marie, you and your staff are really the best!!!

My kitty passed away about a month ago and the staff was absolutely great. I had to call after hours emergency and only waited a half hour. Was a very sad day. A few weeks later I adopted a rescue kitten that they had on site from TNR. I will definitely trust my pets with them again.

My husband and I drove to carberry in a hurry because my Braxton (GSD) was failing. Sadly enough we had to put him into enternal sleep. The staff is so comforting, patient and kind. I have asked for a small clipping of fur and a molded paw print of my baby. No questions asked. The pain is still very much there but they are very compassionate and I can't wait to have my Braxton home with me again where he belongs. I know and trust they will take special care of him til he is back with me

Having had to put my cherished JRT Purdy to sleep Jan. 4, I had a wonderful experience during this trying time thanks to Dr. Marie North and her staff. With the vet clinic quiet and empty of customers, I was able to come in for that tearful experience of euthanizing your family pet. I call it the "long sleep". As I tearfully held my dog, in her 15th year of canine life, Dr. North administered the sleeping potion and Purdy went quietly in milli-seconds. There was no rush, as the procedure was eventually done during her lunch break at the vet clinic. There was no rush to have me leave after Purdy was deceased. Instead, I was given all the time I needed tom compose myself (not easy for a guy to have leaky eyes, but I've never put a pet to sleep). Then Dr. North carried my bundled canine companion out to my Ford Escape so we could then take the 126-km drive west on Hwy. 1 to Virden, and a visit to the Peaceful Valley Pet Crematorium run for the past 11 years by Karen and Rob Gardiner. Four hours after Purdy was gone at 12:15 p.m. she was being cremated the same day as the sun was setting on the Manitoba prairies. A few days later I received a wonderful condolence card from Dr. North and her staff. Thanks!
