My dog was in so much agony that she was unable to walk, I explained severity for the situation over the phone and Hillary got my pet in on the same day. When the first round of medications were not working, I called for a follow up appointment, and again, was seen on the same day by Dr. Luc. He is the most honest veterinarian that I have ever come across in the last 10 years. He does not entice you or make you feel obligated to run unnecessary tests on your pet/s if he TRULY and GENUINELY does not feel that you pet needs it. This is one of the few vets that don't lure you to take various tests or pointless surgeries just to make a quick buck off you. The veterinarians here are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We can't say enough great things about the veterinarians, staff, and service at Equi-Tech Veterinary. We take both of our dogs there for everything from shots to surgeries and are always impressed by the all of the vets' no-nonsense, accurate treatment of our dogs' issues. We certainly can't argue with the fees either --- very fair and reasonable. We drive 45 minutes to take our fur friends there. Wouldn't go anywhere else!! Highly recommended! Read Less

Amazing care, amazing people, and better options than the city for treatments! My dog was scheduled for a surgery on her broken leg that was going to cost over 2,000.00. No options. I went here for a second opinion... A set, a cast, and a couple of check ups,and in one more week she will be all healed, and it was less than 500.00 and no surgery for her! After adopting a pair of homeless cats that were hanging around my yard I decided that I needed a reliable veterinarian. This place was recommended to me by a friend. My female cat was spayed here while my male was neutered. Additionally, the male had a tumour removed from his ear. The doctors are quite helpful fully explaining whatever procedure needs to be done. The prices are amazing. I live in Winnipeg and it's worth it to me to take the half hour drive to this place. Read Less

Clear and to the point Dr Luc and Dr Neil know their stuff. Had my little dogs surgery done there to remove stones in his bladder and it was nearly half the price of my regular vet in Winnipeg. I was able to speak with the vet before and after the surgery via phone directly without the need for phone tag. Needless to say I have made the switch. Well worth the extra time I spend traveling there from the South end of Winnipeg I would not consider going back to a city vet again. Read Less
