I recommend staying away from this vet clinic. We had two cats who we took to this clinic for years for their annual shots and check-up. And we had no complaints until one of our cats needed diagnostics done. Our kitty was required to have fasting blood work done as they  suspected diabetes. When the results came back we were told they showed nothing of significance and that her odd behaviour ( excessive eating, weight lose, increased pooping and irregular litter box usage) was merely stress. We were told that should symptom worsen or new symptoms appear then we should bring the cat back in. The symptoms did worse and our kitty started dribbling pee when she walked-so we called to book another appointment. However before our scheduled appointment arrived we received a call from the clinic stating the vet felt the case was too complex and directed us to go to a different vet clinic. Only once at another clinic did we realize the original blood done had shown what the new  vet considered to be concerning elevation in the white blood cells as well as the original test was not full scope blood test and therefore would have to be redone (failing to test for obvious other possibilities including thyroid). Even as a none medical person, I am aware that thyroid and diabetes have overlapping symptoms. Having a sick cat was stressful as is not to mention the added stress of incompetence of this vet clinic. My recommendation is just go somewhere else.  I am not leaving this review in order to be mean, rather in hopes that other pet owners don't have to experience the costly and stressful experience we did. Had this clinic been upfront from the start about their scoop of practice, it would have saved us both time and money but they didn't. That's why am taking it on myself to inform others. Read Less
