I've taken my cats here for many years. Dr. Broughton is an excellent vet whose knowledge and genuine care for cats is apparent at every appointment. He even helped me through the loss of my beloved Clyde. I feel reassured that my current cat is getting the best care possible here. The staff has also been wonderful.

Dr. Broughton is an excellent veterinarian. He always takes his time and is very thorough during the appointment. He makes your cat feel at ease while gently talking to them during the examination. His experience and knowledge is prevalent. Once the initial examination has concluded he has already arrived at an educated assumption as to what might be wrong which is usually confirmed in the diagnosis with further tests as needed. I appreciate all of the information he provides, which he reads in published scientific papers to keep himself updated on feline pathology. He explains everything throughout the process of getting your cat back to good health, and what to expect on certain medications. After your visit, he personally follows up with a call to check on his patient. Both of my cats have visited Exclusively Cats and they always receive exceptional treatment. I have had bad experiences elsewhere when my cat received poor treatment and I had to bring him to Dr. Broughton anyways, who was able to save my cat. This is the only place that I will bring my fur babies. Best place for your cat to have exclusive treatment! Highly recommend.

Dr. Broughton is an excellent veterinarian. He always takes his time and is very thorough during the appointment. He makes your cat feel at ease while gently talking to them during the examination. His experience and knowledge is prevalent. Recently took my cat here to see Dr. B after having taken her to 2 other vets in the past 3 months for vomiting issues. My work friend recommended him to me. You can tell he really likes cats and knows what he is doing. Took the time to go over everything with me including the tests the other vets had done. Changed her medication and diet and she has been fine since. He was very nice towards me and my cat. For the first time ever I actually left a vet appointment knowing and understanding what was going on with my pet. As well his staff, I think her name was Dayna and I can't remember the other girl's name, were very nice and made me feel welcome. I would say any negative reviews on here are probably from jealous competitors.

My cat Sage *loves* Dr. Broughton and his team -- she is perfectly comfortable and happy during regular appointments, and she enjoys the time she spends there when boarding because everyone gives her such loving attention. On the one occasion I brought Sage in for an emergency appointment (shortly after rescuing then adopting her), I appreciate that I was walked through all of the possibilities to explain her situation, and did not feel pressured to take extraordinary measures. The issue was simply a hairball combined with her expressing preference for clay litter over pellets -- I appreciate Dr B's understanding of cat psychology in addition to cat physiology, and everything has been great since!

We originally took our cats here because it was the closest place to our apartment, but they've always been great with us. Most recently they were quick to get us a next day appointment when we called with one of our cats sick. Dr. Broughton was very empathetic and sincere while still being straightforward about prognosis, and through the eventual process of having him euthanized. We will continue bringing all our cats here.

I really like the doctor here but the receptionist is a hit or a miss. There's a really friendly one and one who needs to work on her customer service. It's nice having a local cat vet within walking distance of corydon and surrounding streets.
Smaller clinic with high prices though.
If money isn't an issue, the doctor is very courteous and kind to the animals.

Smaller clinic with high prices though.

We missed an appointment with this place by accident. When we tried to rebook, they tried to charge us a no show fee. I tried to explain that it would be in the best interest to wave that fee and we needed to see a vet soon as our cat was not feeling well and the blood work and tests would more than make up for the $42 fee they were trying to charge us. The lady would have none of it. She then tried to explain that if you miss your appointment at your doctor, they charge you a fee. I just happen to be a doctor, and know that is absolutely not true. Bad and terribly outdated business model, and unfortunate customer service. Luckily there are several excellent vets in the area that are happy to take my business

The receptionist doesn't know anything and shouldn't be working there. She often quoted me wrong dosage that conflicted with what was said on the bottles. They lost test results and didn't apologize for that. She said they would compensate me for wasting my time bringing my cat back and that turned out to be "we won't charge you again for these tests". wow, thanks for nothing. They often showed that they clearly cared more about making a buck than they did about the health of my cat. I often had to leave 2 or 3 messages before they finally called back. And I felt like they over medicated my cat and I am convinced this was the eventual cause of my cat's death. Hindsight is 20/20. I was in a terrible emotional state because my cat was sick and I should have run away never to return after my first visit.

When my cat started sneezing, I looked all over for a good vet. Exclusively Cats has a great location and is only for cats. The office is quite clean, but a bit small. Dr. Broughton was very nice to my cat and answered all my questions. He even gave out free catnip toys. I would recommend this office for all your cat's medical needs

The receptionist doesn't know anything and shouldn't be working there. She often quoted me wrong dosage that conflicted with what was said on the bottles. They lost test results and didn't apologize for that. She said they would compensate me for wasting my time bringing my cat back and that turned out to be "we won't charge you again for these tests". wow, thanks for nothing. They often showed that they clearly cared more about making a buck than they did about the health of my cat. I often had to leave 2 or 3 messages before they finally called back. And I felt like they over medicated my cat and I am convinced this was the eventual cause of my cat's death. Hindsight is 20/20. I was in a terrible emotional state because my cat was sick and I should have run away never to return after my first visit.

When my cat started sneezing, I looked all over for a good vet. Exclusively Cats has a great location and is only for cats. The office is quite clean, but a bit small. Dr. Broughton was very nice to my cat and answered all my questions. He even gave out free catnip toys. I would recommend this office for all your cat's medical needs
