I have taken my pets there since I was a kid. I now take Lenny Archie and Sully there for all of their needs. All of the Vets are great. Love the girls at the front. Always friendly and all meds are ready for my boys when I need refills. Two years ago our 11 yr old Lab Barney was at the end of his time with us as he had cancer. Our Monty had his first vet appt with Dr. Napier. Her and the assistant could not have been nicer and gentle. Monty was not scared at all. Got a shot and check up and nails clipped. In a nice neighbourhood mall . Lots of parking and good bus route. Groomer on site too. Lots of food and necessary items for sale. Read Less

I have been going to Dr Singh since this vet opened. We had excellent care in the past. Our cat got very sick when we spent the winter in the United States. We sent a release form for our cats medical information and Henderson Vet didn't send anything after numerous calls. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years. We ended up euthanizing the cat. Very disappointed that our regular vet wouldn't help us through a very difficult decision of letting our cat go. We will take our remaining pet somewhere new. I could never EVER go back there. I went there for a couple of years (convenient location as I do not drive) and always got the feeling they were all about the money. I should have trusted my guts! One of my dogs was not feeling well so I took him there. We were regulars so they knew about his history, etc... My dog was coughing really bad and breathing fast. His abdomen was swollen. A few hundred $ later, they tell me his heart is fine and that it might be kennel cough. I ask about his swollen abdomen, they tell me to put him on a diet so he will stop gaining weight. My dog had had kennel cough before but this cough seemed different. Sure enough, a few weeks later, as I was away on vacation, I get a text from my pet sitter (professional pet sitter!) telling me she was on her way to her nearest vet as my little guy was not breathing properly. He died in the car... The autopsy revealed a congestive heart failure. His swollen abdomen was all fluids. To the point that his heart was no longer able to pump any blood. I feel awfully guilty, and upset and disappointed. It's not about the $ spent, it's about the trust I put in a professional for nothing. Read Less

Do not take your animals here to be killed! They quoted and were ready to put my cat down right than and there! Said she had a tumour. No bloodwork or testing done whatsoever. Took her to my regular vet ( as they were busy the day of incident) and she was perfectly fine!! Would have lost my cat for absolutely no reason! Disgusting place do not go!! Have heard other horror stories from there as well and cannot imagine how many loved pets have been lost due to this place. They are kind, dont let it fool you. Read Less

Fantastic at what they do. The staff are super helpful and accommodating, whether it's at appointment time or if we need to rush one of our pets in. The vets are knowledgeable and explain everything very clearly. Never felt like they were trying to sell us anything that our pets didn't need. Highly recommended. Read Less

Years ago my family brought our dog here and they treated her so well and were always very caring. Now I have a dog and cat of my own and they still offer the same kindness and respect. The women at the desk are always super helpful and the doctors are always informative and treat both our pets with care. When we have brought our pets in for something they always call to follow up to see how they have progressed. I know some reviewers complained about the price but really it’s not much different compared to any other vet. Read Less

The vet is ok. However this place is all about getting you for the exam fee. The receptionist was super rude and unaccommodating. The exam fee is high and the vet techs don't check anything . No temperature taking... No ear check... No eye check...No questions of history... nothing. The exam fee has gone up over 20%. Total rip off. Read Less

The groomers do an excellent job and the vet himself is ok. However they are all about the exam fee. Asked to look at our dog for multiple things at the same time to save on their very high prices and were told to bring him back at later date for each one. We are going to look for a vet who is more accommodating. Not recommended. The one receptionist is extremely rude. Read Less

I found a cat in the area while working and had no where to take...I seen the clinic and figured I would ask if they could help. As soon as the girl walked out she picked the cat up and I explained how I found it. NO QUESTIONS ASK...they took the cat. Thank you for helping me and giving that kitty a chance Read Less
