Our loving dog Dakota was nearing the end of her life. I called around to see if someone would come out to our home to do the euthanasia. Dakota always hated going to the vet. We didn't want to upset her on her final day. I called Kenaston Animal Hospital. The lady on the phone was very caring, especially when I was upset making the call. That day we had the vet scheduled to come to our home. The vet was very compassionate and professional. He took gentle care of our Dakota. Even when we picked up her ashes from their office, they are very caring people. I highly recommend them. Thank you. Kenaston Animal Hospital.

Absolutely terrible place. Just a cheap scam if you're a low-income family. My cat was suffering from a lot of constipation. So bad that it hurt him every time he walks for too long. On the phone I told them the situation and they sounded more ready to help, booked an appt and it was just a waste of time. We were told that this place was affordable but its all a lie. We were told the examination amount but we didnt get a full estimate on everything until the doctor looked at my cat. We were then told he would need an X-ray to find out the root of the problem. They refused to do other negotiations without a down payment. The staff also had the audacity to threaten calling the humane society on us, when its US the family is the ones actually trying to get my cat help.
This place only cares about the money. Pretty damn sad when a place thats supposed to be an animal hospital cares more about filling their wallets than the wellfare of pets and being understanding about the financial situation of others.

I called crying because my vet is not open and found this place was an emergency location open 24/7. Lady that answered my call I told her I was needing an emergency vet and do they direct bill, and I provided her with my pet insurance plan name. She then put me on hold for 9 mins and 43 second to come back and tell me that they do not direct bill, I saw on their website I could then apply for the credit for payment plans. She said they do not do that...update your website then because your website says you do. Yes in a perfect world I would have savings in the bank to pay to help my dog but I do not but I at least have pet insurance so I am not a complete risk. Instead I have to try and find somewhere else to help my dog because it sure won't be them

Friday , was not an ordinary evening , I had to take my life long companion in for emergency issues. they got me in rightaway, which was wonderful service. I came in and was taken immediately to an exam room, my sandy wisked off to be checked. The vet came in and gave me the news and was so understanding , the compassion and caring shown by the members at this hospital, were outstanding , this was close to their closing time , and they gave me the time I needed to say my final good -byes. I would like to thank all the staff for being there in my and my Sandy's time of need.. Truly wonderful people.

Outstanding veterinary service. My puppy was continuously vomiting, I called and they asked me to come right away. Once I arrived, my puppy was tested for Parvo and the test came positive. The vet came right away with a detailed treatment plan. They took awesome care of my 2-month-old puppy. Now, my cute puppy is doing phenomenal. Highly recommended.

I don’t know how to thank the vet and the staff enough. My cat was really sick and I called to ask about an appointment, the staff fit me in immediately. Once I arrived, the nurse asked me detailed questions about my lovely cat then the vet did the exam and called me right away with diagnostic and treatment plan with flexible options. Kenaston vet saved my cat.

Don't take your bird here - it may be a good place to bring your dog or cat, but I don't think there is enough knowledge of birds at this vet. I believe my cockatiel was misdiagnosed on his first visit, and his second visit he was given meds before he was ready (breathing issues) - he died at the vet.

We had to take our dog, Hunter to Kenaston Veterinary Hospital when he was shaking uncontrollably and panting. We knew this was not his usual behavior so we rushed to Kenaston Hospital and Dr. Eissa agreed to wait past closing time just to see him. He took action right away to figure out was causing his pain and the reason for his shaking. He spent over an hour testing Hunter’s blood and doing x-rays. He was gentle and caring to our feelings and gave him a pain medication shot and a new low calorie diet for weight loss for his joints and pain medication for us to take home. He then called and emailed several times to check up on him. We are very grateful for the care and attention we received.

Our loving dog Dakota was nearing the end of her life. I called around to see if someone would come out to our home to do the euthanasia. Dakota always hated going to the vet. We didn't want to upset her on her final day. I called Kenaston Animal Hospital. The lady on the phone was very caring, especially when I was upset making the call. Friday , was not an ordinary evening , I had to take my life long companion in for emergency issues. they got me in rightaway, which was wonderful service. I came in and was taken immediately to an exam room, my sandy wisked off to be checked. He was gentle and caring to our feelings and gave him a pain medication shot and a new low calorie diet for weight loss for his joints and pain medication for us to take home. He then called and emailed several times to check up on him. We are very grateful for the care and attention we received.
