Horrible. Wouldn’t do second rounds of shots because we refused to get parvo test done first. Than called the pound, ladies showed up and say that whatever they stated was false and laugh that they wasted time coming to my home. All because we wouldn’t do unnecessary test. Test that another vet after we called is taking her tomorrow for her second round . Without having to do any ex rays or parvo test. Would rate this in the negative but can’t lol. Thanks for making false accusations!! And having city employees laugh at you .

Tried this clinic as we are new to the area. Never in my life have I been charged for an apparently mandatory $60 wellness exam every time we went there, even if we were just there a week prior. An exam that literally took 2 minutes. We will not be retuning. Ever!

Friendly staff but I would not go back again. Brought my puppy in because she had hives and the vet convinced me it wasn't allergies because according to her.. puppies don't get allergies. So she gave me a quota for a scrape test, plus for the evaluation and it was fine, around 70. Still expensive and i didnt think the scrape test was necessary. I was strapped for money, stressed out enough over what I thought it was.. turned out to be 160. Went to a more experienced vet and told me right away it was allergies. He was even kind enough to let go of the charges because he felt bad I had to pay 160 for literally nothing.

We have been going to Sage Creek Animal Hospital since it opened. The vet and owner of the clinic has been so good to our dogs. He is loving to the animals as well as compassionate to our family. He is always willing to take the time to make sure we understand what is going on with the dogs. I wouldn't want to take our animals anywhere else. The staff at this clinic have always been warm, welcoming, patient and loving towards our animals and always follow up with us later.

I wouldn't recommend coming here, don't get me wrong, some of their staff are friendly and caring but it's extremely expensive. I went here for the first year for my pup to get his vaccinations, because it was the closest to my house. Then I went to another vet, and paid only half the amount Sage Creek charged me with. 100% would recommend St. Norbert. Sorry not sorry.

I adopted my cat Lexi from this clinic. All the staff were wonderful with her until she found her new home. Any questions were answered and they were very focused in giving me the best education so I can give her the best care. When we come back for follow up appointments, Lexi acts like she still lives there. If a cat feels that comfortable with the vet, that is an excellent sign of excellent care !!

They had been rescued off the streets a couple of weeks ago by someone else, but had yet to be vetted. Everyone - Heather, Kay, Caitlin & Dr. Lisa were so patient & compassionate with my two girls!!! Than called the pound, ladies showed up and say that whatever they stated was false and laugh that they wasted time coming to my home. All because we wouldn’t do unnecessary test. They had been rescued off the streets a couple of weeks ago by someone else, but had yet to be vetted. Everyone - Heather, Kay, Caitlin & Dr. Lisa were so patient & compassionate with my two girls!!! I can't say enough good things about them!!!
