While the veterinarians and staff have changed over the years, they have a tradition of care and tenderness that is constant. Got our male cat neutered here. The staff were friendly and kind. They seem to have done a good job, so far (day 2) there haven't been any issues. Their Wednesday Special for fixing your cat is a pretty good deal. You get the procedure, first vaccinations, tattoo, and Elizabeth Collar all for $97 for male cats. I believe female cats are around $130. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital. Read Less

The receptionist, Sherry, was very unprofessional. She had an attitude the first time I called in and tried to upsell more than what I had asked for. I let it slide the first time, just because everyone has their own bad days. But when I phoned in later on in the week to reschedule my appointment, she was absolutely rude!!! Because of the poor customer service I've experienced, I will be finding an alternate vet for my dog. I have worked as a receptionist before and having excellent communication skills on the phone and in person is definitely key. I have been taking our pets here for about 15 years and have always experienced a high level of care and service. I had one minor incident when the new Dr took over the practice, but after discussing it with the Office Manager it was resolved very quickly. Their rates are also quite reasonable. Read Less

I took my cat, Moose in to be checked out recently as he was sick. It was our first time here and I was surprised at how friendly all the staff is! I was sort of expecting that the doctor and assistant (nurse?) would just grab him and start doing what they do. But they greeted him so nicely and paid him compliments! We ended up having to take him back in a few days later and we needed to collect a urine sample to take in. Turns out my boy has some crystals in his urine. The doctor let me know he will be on a new diet and I just picked up his new food today. So within the past couple of weeks I have been in there four times and called in a couple times. I feel like they really go above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered and that you feel good about the treatment of your fur baby. I am so impressed and wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!Read Less

I'm very grateful for the great care that is given to my 2 cats and pug from them .. They are caring people there, they explain things clearly for you, and they treat your pet as if it's their own!! .. The staff is wonderful there, the girls are friendly, caring, and at times go beyond what is expected !! ..
