Dr. Kraemer as our trusted vet but after he left St. Vital veterinary hospital, the care has been less than par. I have asked for a copy of my dogs medical records and have yet to receive! It’s as though they have something to hide!

However, taking our cats here made me realize that going to the vet doesn't have to be a bad experience; the staff treated our kitties like family, and their small gestures, kindness, and patience really went a long way.

My German Shepherd is a very shy dog and could bite but they never gave up with her and took the time to make her feel comfortable.

Came in late on Easter Monday, around 740 or so. They closed at 8. Very friendly front desk staff and a very nice/informative vet. I have always struggled with vets and finding good affordable ones.....
Came in late on Easter Monday, around 740 or so. They closed at 8. Very friendly front desk staff and a very nice/informative vet. I have always struggled with vets and finding good affordable ones... I think I found a good one for our fur babies. We called pembina emergency and we were told it's $145 plus taxes for just the exam if we were to being in our one cat. I called St. Vital and they instantly inquired about what was wrong with my cat, took the info needed and told me to come down as soon as I could, they're exam rate was much less than the other place was. The vet (Tim-i forgot his last name) walked me through everything he was checking explained everything he was looking for and what normal is. He was great with our cat. Didn't push for unnecessary expensive tests like other vets do, I will recommend this place to others. Informative, affordable and caring people here. He even sent our baby home wih a catnip treat which he is currently playing with.

I'm so disappointed with the care my family received for our dog who was a patient at this clinic for over 10 years. It's a very long story but the clinic made very little effort to provide care for our dog when the time came to put him down. In the end we had Dr. Sawka come to our home to have him put down. The manager of the clinic afterwards was in touch with my mother in law and heard all of her concerns she had with the clinic. She did not once apologize for the poor experience we had with the clinic but instead tried to prove that they were right. That's not what a customer of over 10 years who just had another vet put down their dog wants to hear. We also never received any condolence card from the clinic or from Dr. Kramer who was Lucky's vet from the time he was a pup. We did on the other hand receive a card from dr. Sawka. This is not the type of care I would want for my dog and so I will be removing him from this clinic and looking elsewhere for better care.

Always caring. Very patient...even with owners. Took their time to explain everything they were doing when my dog was admitted for bowel obstruction. Doctor Beggs did an amazing job with Bruno's surgery his staples were immaculate. After care was conscientious and they listen to your concerns. I've always been impressed with all the staff and whole heartedly trust them with my pets best interests.

I'm so disappointed with the care my family received for our dog who was a patient at this clinic for over 10 years. We also never received any condolence card from the clinic or from Dr. Kramer who was Lucky's vet from the time he was a pup. We did on the other hand receive a card from dr. Sawka. This is not the type of care I would want for my dog and so I will be removing him from this clinic and looking elsewhere for better care.

Always caring. Very patient...even with owners. Took their time to explain everything they were doing when my dog was admitted for bowel obstruction. Doctor Beggs did an amazing job with Bruno's surge...
Always caring. Very patient...even with owners. Took their time to explain everything they were doing when my dog was admitted for bowel obstruction. Doctor Beggs did an amazing job with Bruno's surgery his staples were immaculate. After care was conscientious and they listen to your concerns. I've always been impressed with all the staff and whole heartedly trust them with my pets best interests.
