Would HIGHLY recommend this vet clinic to anyone!! I brought my rat here for the first time and unfortunately I needed to euthanize her. The vet gave me other options and I was extremely informed prior to making my decision. Staff was amazing, kind, compassionate and treated me better that I could have ever asked for. I can't thank them enough for making such a hard day for me easier. I will be bringing my other animals here <3 Read Less

Very happy with WinRose Animal Hospital. The veterinarians take their time when approaching my dog, letting her get used to them before starting an examination. Nicest staff experience I have ever had in my entire life. Had to take my very sick rat Remy to the vet. They told us they were fully booked but they squeezed us in for an appointment anyways. A+ for Dr Amanda Malboeuf, a kick ass Snake Doctor. My snake has a Viral infection. The prognosis is not good. Dr Malboeuf showed me how to do Antibiotic injections and provided pain medication and things went well for 10 days. We then had a follow up visit and she showed me that the snake was not passing stool. She showed me how to give him a warm bath and massage his bowels to encourage a bowel movement. She also provide some mineral oil to loosen the stool. I went home and did as she advised and guess what. He had a solid bowel movement. We took our puppy there for her spay and neuter. Her suture opened up a little so we took her back and they glued it. When she came out of the room, she was wearing what looked like a neck cushion around her neck. My husband told the vet that she won't wear it; will thrash and cause more damage so to please keep it as we didn't want it. She wouldn't wear the Elizabethan cone we were first sent home with. She thrashed and crashed so much she was bound to hurt herself so we knew this wasn't going to work either. Our puppy got out of it right in front of the vet so my husband handed it to her and was talking to her when the vet just walked away. He thought that was rude that she walked away while he was talking to her. Winrose is not a bad clinic but we feel an attitude of indifference or 'we're just here to do our job' rather than a happy friendly atmosphere. They're competent and will do the job but the vet walking away was the motivation behind us seeking another clinic. Read Less

Beside finding them a little more expensive then other place. They left a bad feeling with use. We went in to deal with a very sick old cat, and they pushed the agenda of treatment even though we indicated we wanted to put the cat out of its misery. We caved to the pressure, and tried it their way, The cat suffered badly for a few more day and then died in our arms, and we were out about $500 in the mean time. They seem to care about the animals but they in our case pushed to hard, and cause more suffering for both the cat and us. We are now going elsewhere, based on this experience I can not recommend them. Read Less
