I really regret having spent my money and time there. My cat has mammary tumours in two of her glands. Te consultation with te doctor was ok. She gave me one solution and it was: removing just the tumur formations by surgery. After the consultation I got in touch with the administration by e mail, requesting some more information for extra prices and asking if there is a posibility to be removed all the mammary chains, as this is te most recommended treatment in all vet sites and consultation. If not the cancer comes back toanother gland. I did not get any answer in two weeks. Then I decided to call them and I was told they haven´t received the e-mail. I was asked to send it again. The emploee that attended me asked me what I wanted to know, so I started explaining her. She found my profile and repeated the information about the surgery and prices I have already been told. Then again I started explaining what I actually want to know is if there is a possibility for another type of opeartion and if there are some extra costs for bloodworks , stay in the hosital tat they did not mention before. I was interupted with the words: ¨Could you stop please!¨..and then that she cannot attend me, because the consultation that day was full. Do not undestand why she insisted to know , when I was just going to resend the e-mail. I resent the e-mail and I received a reply with the full information about the prices I had asked for, but not for the mammary chain removing surgery .Last week I sent a new mail and by now dec 9th here I am without an answer. Probably they haven´t received it again.... I do not have time to waste money and import time for my cat´s life. Really disappointed the way they treated me. Now I have booked with another clinic. My mother and I have been in to this place twice. Both times for worm medicine for her cats. Both times with terrible service from the same young female employee. The first time she was very resistant to give the medication because we weren't existing clients with that particular vet. This time today was far worse - My Mom asked for worm medication and the price was over double than the last time she went in. She explained it was $10 for 2 where this time they were asking $24.... The employee responded with "When was that 10yrs ago?" Very snobby tone. Then my Mom asked for another medication for her other cat that's been throwing up. She said she needs to be seen by the actual vet and have several tests (for a minor problem) and my Mom said she couldn't afford all of that. So she responds "Well then take her to the SPCA or give her to someone who can afford it." Once again very snotty. We will never be back there until this girl gets an attitude check. I’ve seen Dr. Sewell on an ER basis several times. She’s very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She just recently helped me with a referral for a diaphragmatic hernia repair of my beloved Sphynx, Pai Mei. I asked for an alternative referral and she had no issues referring me to a different clinic for repair. Pai Mei is going strong! Thank you very much Dr. Sewell for helping me! Also, I have never told Dr. Sewell this, but my late mother used to babysit her and has said Dr. Sewell was incredibly sweet as a child. Read Less

Vastly overpriced when compared to literally every other vet in town. Vet was rude and accusatory and went as far as to call me a liar to my wife when our pet was picked up was quoted a price as a maximum when the pet was brought in and when pet was picked up, vet changed her mind and decided the $1000 bill was the "minimum" the bill would have been. got no updates forthcoming from the vet regarding the status of the pet, we had to call ourselves despite being promised that they would contact us to keep us up to date. Vet refuses to work in any sort of payment plan even for her ludicrously insane prices. pet visibly lost weight in the short time he was with them and vet did extraordinary little amount of work for the bill she presented. Overall a VERY POOR experience both as a pet owner and as a customer. The staff here are rude and liars and have no interest in the well being of the pets themselves, just their own profits.
