Unfortunately you lost us as a customer who have been going here for years. My wife and I have had a total of 5 cats that went there over the years and until recently your staff answering the phones have been unnecessarily rude to the point that we no longer will be taking our pets here. To begin with you scheduled our newest kitten to be spayed on a holiday, when we called to confirm as this seemed odd we were greeted with unwarranted rudeness as if the scheduling error was our fault. We rescheduled and assumed a bad day on the employees part. Fast forward to today and we call due to personal family matters to cancel our appointment and the same employee answers the phone. We state cannot make it to our appointment and need to cancel, in return a snide 'Perfect', no request to reschedule or to do anything else. At this point we state that we will not be rescheduling at this time, again the response id a unpleasant 'Perfect' from whoever it is on the phone. I highly suggest you how a little more empathy for people on the phone as you dont know what is going on in peoples lives, and to treat someone like dirt when they are 8 months pregnant doesnt make us want to come back. I have had both good and bad experiences depending on what vet I had seen. Some were absolutely helpful while others needed to be told what to check on my animal. I worked as a vet assistant for years in the past and knew more than some of the Doctors on staff. Read Less

We take our Chihuahuas to this clinic and have had the pleasure of having both Dr Slipp and Dr Bjerkelund, take care of them. I have to say they are excellent . prices are reasonable. and the level of caring and attention to our Chis is fantastic. The front staff are always friendly and efficient and the assistants great. Can Not say enough good about this group of vets and staff. try it you wont be disappointed.. Read Less
