Told me my dog did not have parvo brought him to Moncton turns out he did have parvo they may as well have killed my dog because he would have died if I didn't take him somewhere else they suck..... since you just answered my review I spent 300 some dollars for test that you guys told me that my dog did not my dog did not have parvo but he was sick and if I wanted to know what he was sick with it was another three hundred and some dollars to take the same plug that you took the first time I said no I went home my dog puked I brought them straight to Riverview in Moncton and he had parvo they isolated them for 2 weeks and it cost in Moncton and he had parvo they isolated them for 2 weeks and it cost me 4500 more dollars which I have no complaints about spending because I saved my best friend but she was almost 2 hours away from me and I had no way to go see him all the time or barely at all it would have been a lot nicer not having to pay for gas back n forth..not like I had any extra.. if he was in town... and then I got a phone call from Waterview asking me how Hugo was doing and I told them that he has been in Riverview animal hospital for the last week with parvo and they hung up on me I thought that was very rude and it really changed my mind about ever bringing my dogs are again Read Less

I will never use their services again. Besides the rude receptionists, when my cat was very sick, profusely drooling and vomiting, they said "Just keep an eye on him". Hours later, after they are closed, I had to bring him in to be seen as an emergency. The vet that agreed to meet me at the clinic was extremely rude, and in so many words said it was my fault. If I wasn't so worried about my best friend, I would have been furious. Garu didn't live through the night, and my last memory of him, is some guy telling me it was my fault. Read Less

I first went to the Waterview Animal Hospital for an orthopedic surgery on my dog and the vets and staff are amazing. They took their time to explain everything during the consultation/exam and before and after the surgery. Very helpful vets, and friendly staff. Brought my kitty to them from day one. They did his first look over, needles and fixing. Cat suffered little to no pain. Yesterday he had an issue with his eye, and they got us an appointment in a timely manner, got there and was brought in right away. They checked over my baby thoroughly and gave us all the information we needed. Made the experience less overwhelming and scary, as I was feeling quiet panicked. I could go on & on about all the things that make Waterview great. It's so nice to go to a clinic and receive the kindness, compassion & professionalism that is offered here. The veterinary care my animals have received has been second to none (& my animals have had some serious/challenging illnesses later in life). We were spending one night in Miramichi just passing through. The night we arrived, our 20 lb dog slipped on the hardwood floor where we were staying and tumbled down a half-flight of stairs, also hardwood, to the landing. He did not cry out and appeared to be OK for the rest of the evening. But when we woke up he had a hard time walking as he came out of his crate. He wasn't acting normal at all so we looked up the nearest place which was Waterview Animal Hospital. They were opening at 8am which is about when we would get there. Despite walking in off the street a doctor was able to examine our dog within 15 minutes of us arriving. The doctor put us at ease and then explained our dog had aggravated his right rear leg's luxating patella. No other damage. We were given five anti-inflammatories, one a day, which seemed to work almost miraculously. The doctor patiently explained the problem to us using models. It was helpful to be able see what was going on. We breathed a huge sigh of relief. These folks were fantastic and I think the charge was ~$70 or so. We wish they were our regular vet.Read Less

Waterview Animal Hospital has the BEST client services, the staff are always attentive, caring and make an effort to ask about the well being of all our pets, regardless of which dog or cat is in for maintenance or repairs! :) The Dr's are always patient and explain things in plain english so we can give our pets the best care they need and understand what is going on with them.
