Such excellent staff and service. I brought my kittens in to be spayed and neutered. One of them was crying and wanted to be out of her kennel so they allowed us to be in a separate room with them until it was time to go to the holding kennels. I' have been taking my pets to the Maritime Animal hospital since they have been babies. About a month ago, I had to make a very painful decision to put my dear pet rat down... I was an absolute mess, and it was one of the hardest thing I've had to do...With that being said, I am thankful he was able to be cared for by the wonderful staff at the MAH until the end. They were very kind, compassionate and patient during the hard time. They also mailed me a condolences card, and it is sitting with the photo frame I made for him. Wanted to purchase drops for my dogs ear infection but they would not sell me any unless i brought him in so they can charge me over a 100$ to tell me henhas an ear infection. Doesn't sound like they care about animals at all, just want the money! Would not recomend and will never go back. Read Less

I buy all my pet food here and each of my pets are treated by the vets here as well. I've had nothing but professional and friendly service for as long as I've been a customer. I can't express how great the team is at the Hospital. My puppy had to have emergency surgery on Sunday at a different vet. They did not call to check on her once. I took here to MAH as it's our regular vet 4 days later to have her checked out. THey took such good care of her and me, as i had a few tears. Finley is acting like her normal self things morning. To top it off they just called to see how she was doing and if we had any problems with any of the medications, which we didn't because they had thought through every scenario of dosing and application to make it easy for us.They truly love the animals they care for.
