Took our dog here as our regular vet is so good that he was booked solid. They were unable to diagnose his eye problem even after a recall exam under anesthesia. They referred us to the specialist next door. All of this cost us a lot of money. When able to see our regular vet, he explained the issue, was able to perform surgery and correct the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! The vets are patient, friendly, explain very well and give choices. I adopted a little angel who had a very rough past and her health was suffering. When she went for dental surgery, the dog groomer saw her and took the time to clip her a little and her nails at no charge. I was so happy when I picked her up. Overall, a wonderful experience. Such a knowledgeable, compassionate and accommodating staff at this facility. I had to put my 15.5 year old friend down and the care and attention to detail and feelings were second to none. We have a 17 year old Shih Tzu named Sam who has been going to Coverdale Vet for the last few years. Sam has had his share of medical problems so he sees the team at Coverdale quite often. I think we have their number on speed dial. :) We can't thank them enough for all the help they've given us. Sam hasn't always been the nicest patient but they've always given him the utmost care and attention. Sam is nearing the end of his time with us. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I take all 3 of my dogs there and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone with furbabies. Just this past weekend, my dog Molly underwent major surgery and they answered every question I had (I had many!), and gave me all the information I needed to take care of Molly at home when she was discharged.
