We have been clients of Westmorland Animal Hospital for many years now. We recently lost our much loved dog Murphy. Before and during his 5 year medical problems we had the best care possible. When we did lose him Sam and Dr. Stephens were with him to the end with many kind words and compassion.
We now have a new pup and I am very confident our new baby will receive the same quality of care that our boy did over his lifetime. There was never a question as to where we would take her for her vet visits. The staff all make us feel like we are family and give our fur babies the best care possible.

I had an appointment scheduled to see one of the veterinarians this evening and I was met at the door by one of the staff members, named Sam, who wasn't wearing a covid19 mask, she came within 1 foot ...
I had an appointment scheduled to see one of the veterinarians this evening and I was met at the door by one of the staff members, named Sam, who wasn't wearing a covid19 mask, she came within 1 foot or so of my personal space and requested that I hand over my little dog to her for my appointment. I was fully masked and carrying sanitizer in my pocket. When I asked to go in with my dog I was told no, that it wasn't allowed due to covid19. I would like to know if this unsanitary procedures are common place with this hospital and is it,"a do as I say, not as I do" practice here? I would be very cautious taking any animal to this clinic for any type of procedures as the premises probably aren't cleaned.

I took my mother and her baby over I have to say if any of my baby's was sick that is where I would take them I found them so sweet and caring for maja they help her out big time

Was very impressed with Dr. Diane and staff clinic! She was amazing with our cat - and with us. Was nice to have a seperate room to take the cat into right away and not have to be in general waiting ...
Was very impressed with Dr. Diane and staff clinic! She was amazing with our cat - and with us. Was nice to have a seperate room to take the cat into right away and not have to be in general waiting area with all the other animals which has been my experience with other clinics and our cat does NOT like other animals at all! We had our bloodwork and diagnosis done same day! Thanks for the great setup and care!

We have been clients of Westmorland Animal Hospital for many years now. We recently lost our much loved dog Murphy. Before and during his 5 year medical problems we had the best care possible. When we did lose him Sam and Dr. Stephens were with him to the end with many kind words and compassion.
