Absolutely wonderful hospital, staff are friendly and caring. We see Dr. Brown-Bury with all of our pets and she has been fantastic. Open on Saturdays with no extra fee for the appointment is also a huge plus. I've heard horror stories about many clinics in this city that seem to put their bottom line above your pets care; this is not the case here. Rest assured that your pet family will be in good hands here and get the attention and care they need. I would not consider taking our family anywhere else. Read Less

Dr Martin has been the most wonderful Dr to my baby girl "Angel". He has watched over her condition as it got worse he patiently gave help and advice and then she started to get better. He has been there for support and help every single day. He's called me back with concerns and fit me in when she got sicker. He had confidence in my baby girl and said eventually I'd like to have her off all medications. So through many days and nights of my girls ailments she is totally off all medication ( and she was on a lot) and now, just a few months ago I thought she wouldn't get another week, he had faith and now she's like a 3 years old and not 10 yrs. I love st.johns vet clinic. I trust in them. Every animal I have had and will ever have will go to that vet clinic. The support I have received from not only Dr Martin but from the staff who treat each and every patient with love and caring. They take time to listen and help. I have had Natasha, sit with me and tell me she'd be there if the outcome that particular day wasn't going to be good. I have had 2 dogs cross the rainbow bridge there in that clinic and they never once hurried me out but they have consoled me and given me the time I needed. I have never experienced better customer service with a veterinary clinic as I have at St. John's Veterinary Hospital. My cat had a rare disease that affected one of her eyes and Dr. Griffin and Dr. Brown-Bury, as well as the rest of the staff, were very helpful, comforting and professional in their care of my beloved pet. Although it is ultimately a business, they genuinely care about animals and are wonderful at what they do. I highly recommend St. John's Veterinary Hospital! Read Less

After spending thousands of dollars on surgeries, medications, etc. they refused to respond/approve my order of Sentinel from 1800petmeds. Extremely disappointing attitude. I would have bought from them directly if they weren't more than double the price! It would cost $600/year to buy Sentinel from St. John's Veterinary Hospital for my large dog. Read Less

Dr. Brown-Bury and the staff at St. John's Animal Hospital are phenomenal. We've brought all our animals here and it's the only place I feel comfortable bringing our babies. Everyone is very knowledgeable and I know my pets are getting the best care. Thank you :) Read Less

Simply amazing service! Our dog was sick post op and the vet (the on call ER vet and the attending vet) both called to check on her, and sent 2 vet techs to our house to check on her and give her an injection. They are phenomenal to deal with and I would highly recommend them! Zoey loves them! Read Less
