This was my first visit to the Topsail Road Veterinary Clinic. The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. McKeown had to deliver some bad news about my 16 year old cat. She was loving and empathetic towards my cat. Also, I didn’t feel like they were trying to squeeze every dollar from me during this vulnerable time. I switched to them after one of my dogs died. They stepped up to help store her body over the long weekend till she could go to the crematorium.
Since then I have been using them for my other dog. Excellent customer service!!! And no hesitation with our vet when she treats our large German Shepard. The best service around!!!!

Employees/vet was very friendly. Called them about my cat and they said bring her in right away. Even when my own vet was trying to charge me extra fees to been seen right away they told me to come on...
Employees/vet was very friendly. Called them about my cat and they said bring her in right away. Even when my own vet was trying to charge me extra fees to been seen right away they told me to come on in and they will fit me in. Saved some much money in the long run.
