This is by far the best clinic I've ever been too. Each and every one of the staff have a true passion for animal care. I personally see Dr. Stokes and I have full trust in him to always provide my pets with the best care. I have 6 cats, a dog and a hamster to take care of and the positive environment of the clinic makes the process so positive. If you don't go here for your vet care your missing out!

Both myself and my sister have brothers from the same litter and we needed a vet .when we got our fur babies almost 7 years ago . We took them to see Dr Stokes and we can’t say enough about him and the staff at this clinic !!! Our first meeting with Dr Stokes was great he was so gentle and caring didn’t look at our fur babies as just another animal !!! That spoke volumes to me he is such a caring doctor and I’m so happy that we have him for our babies !!! No matter if the matter is big or small he takes the time to listen and care for our babies ❤️ Again I can’t say enough about Dr stokes and his staff !!! Picture of cuteness .

These guys squeezed us in at the last minute, which is always a great start with service.
Doctor Stokes was incredibly patient with us, which was appreciated as we are unreasonably over worried pet parents. He gave our animal a noticeably thorough exam (this being the second vet we had been to a relatively short period of time, and the previous vet did not take nearly as much care with the exam). He talked us through all of the outcomes, good and bad, and what we could expect both cost-wise and health wise. Upon asking, he made recommendations based on his personal feelings, but did not push these recommendations on us.
We are now patients of this business, and would happily recommend doctor Stokes to friends and family.

I've had rats for a long time and have always brought them here. Unfortunately we had to put down one of our rats due to cancer, clearly heart broken my girlfriend could barely stop crying. The staff was very comforting and helpful even going out of their way and sending us a hand written apology card for the loss of our animal. When we got our first puppy we knew this is where we would go. The staff has always been nothing but kind and knowledgeable with any of our questions or concerns!

I took my friend and her dog to the vet after the poor dog was throwing up all day, got the x-rays and could see the object that was stuck in his colon, but because the enema that was very much needed would have been "too messy" the vet turned him down until the next day only for the dog to die that night. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS LAZY GREEDY VET, THEY WILL DIE FROM THEIR NEGLIGENCE!!!!!

Don't take your animals here. There are a lot better places in town. I had to bring out my dog because she was breathing really fast and couldn't stay balanced. She was never like this and it just happen to her all of a sudden one day. So The doctor said everything was normal with my dog and it's just because of her age. She was a black lab mix 11 years old. Yesterday only 2 days later, I had to bring her to get put down. This guy should not be a vet and if you love and care for your animals. Pick a different vet like Avalon Animal Hospital on logy bay road.

I have had several rats. I currently have 4, not counting 4 others that have passed away. The team at Terra Nova, Dr Stephanie Elison in particular, had shown great compassion and care for all of my little friends.
Their prices are quite competitive, the reception staff is wonderful, and I have left this clinic more than satisfied with how my furry friends had been cared for.
I would honestly recommend this vet clinic whole heartedly.

Best experience. Very professional yet personal experience. I believe that if you give an extremely negative review, as the one below, the statements that you make should have to be substantiated and proven. This type of review is often harmful and unproven. My experience with this clinic contradicts this extremely opinionated, negative review.
I am not an employee or a previous personal friend. I have no vested interest in making a positive review. I would not hesitate to recommend this vet to anyone. I'm very glad I tried this vet clinic as I will be a lifelong customer!!

Doctor Stokes was incredibly patient with us, which was appreciated as we are unreasonably over worried pet parents. I've had rats for a long time and have always brought them here. Unfortunately we had to put down one of our rats due to cancer, clearly heart broken my girlfriend could barely stop crying. Don't take your animals here. There are a lot better places in town. I had to bring out my dog because she was breathing really fast and couldn't stay balanced. I have had several rats. I currently have 4, not counting 4 others that have passed away. The team at Terra Nova, Dr Stephanie Elison in particular, had shown great compassion and care for all of my little friends.
