I have been taking my two cats to Basinview Animal Hospital for over 16years. All staff and Drs. Are extremely friendly and helpful, I always knew my cats were in good hands! When The time came to have my cat put down, all staff were very compassionate and helped me through this extremely difficult time every step of the way. LOVE this vet! I chose them based on their Yelp reviews, and I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service, genuinely nice, fair rates, and they never try to "upsell" into a product or service you don't need. I could not be more happy. Even my dog runs in to greet them. Also, convenient hours, lots of free parking, and excellent stock/prices of food and treats.I highly recommend this vet.

Basinview is, by far, the best veterinary clinic I've had to deal with in my dogs 8 years. We don't have to go often thankfully, but Dr. Weatherstone and the rest of the staff are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. I have a dog with addisons disease and not only were the staff well versed in the illness (which isn't always the case with vets), they found an alternative treatment that suited us much better and provided our pup with a better quality of life.
Basinview and the staff are excellent to deal with whether its a routine checkup or an emergency and I cannot express how thankful I am to have found a clinic who takes such good care of our pets. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

Basinview Animal Hospital is a wonderful vet clinic. We have been going there for years as we have numerous pets - cats and dogs. The staff are always friendly and caring. Dr. Yvonne is exceptional. She takes great care of our pets, and is always willing to give you the time on a phone call if you have questions. She is fair in her pricing and with Dr. Yvonne, we have never felt it is about the money. She truly cares for her furry patients.

Will surely be switching to this clinic as I have recently moved to the area. No other clinic would assist me in removing a missed porcupine quill from the emergency vet trip last night, the ladies squeezed me in between surgeries and were so friendly and caring for my dog and I.
I will highly recommend this vet to everyone, and after seeing their reviews and the service I revived today I will most definitely be returning! (Hopefully on less painful terms for the dog!)

After reviews on yelp, I selected Basinview for our dog and I to visit. Daisy had recently hurt her paw seriously, and required some professional attention. The reception was as it should be. Dr. Mike...
After reviews on yelp, I selected Basinview for our dog and I to visit. Daisy had recently hurt her paw seriously, and required some professional attention. The reception was as it should be. Dr. Mike was able to see Daisy on short notice, did a through exam, and explained everything and detailed the options. Sandie (another staff member) then wrapped things up with proper explanation of the bill, and treated our pet as her own with love and gentleness. Full transparency, no hidden fees, pleasant staff, welcoming too. Seems decent to me...and Daisy!

Excellent customer service, genuinely nice, fair rates, and they never try to "upsell" into a product or service you don't need. I could not be more happy. Even my dog runs in to greet them. Basinview is, by far, the best veterinary clinic I've had to deal with in my dogs 8 years. We don't have to go often thankfully, but Dr. Weatherstone and the rest of the staff are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. I have a dog with addisons disease and not only were the staff well versed in the illness (which isn't always the case with vets), they found an alternative treatment that suited us much better and provided our pup with a better quality of life.

Will surely be switching to this clinic as I have recently moved to the area. No other clinic would assist me in removing a missed porcupine quill from the emergency vet trip last night, the ladies squeezed me in between surgeries and were so friendly and caring for my dog and I.
