I have two brother kittens that got fleas last summer. They constantly clean eachother so I couldn't give them the standard flea medication so I called around for a special one. Few vets ever heard of it, and no one even bothered to research. I called Acres and they took the time to research and order it for me. My cats are also raw fed and I received negative comments from previous vets because of it, but the vets here are supportive of your decision, as long as your furbabies are healthy. Thank you for everything! Read Less

My dog became seriously ill in 2014. Her regular vet tried very hard to help her with traditional veterinary medicine. Sosie just kept getting sicker. She was losing weight. Her appetite was gone. Her incontinence was raging. I decided to try something different. Dr. Laura Lee practices alternative veterinary care. She checked Sosie carefully and decided that Chinese Herbals may be a solution. Sosie started improving immediately! She is almost 9 years old and going strong. She still gets her Chinese Herbals and regular acupuncture treatments. Dr. Lee and the staff are kind and very caring. I am soooo glad that we went to her clinic in 2014! :) Read Less

Very unhappy with the service and follow through I received from Dr. Lee and this practice. Ran out of medication and wanted to discuss my dog with her further. Went into the practice and asked to speak with her and she never even bothered to call me back. Very abrupt during the visit and put a muzzle on my dog without telling me...or asking me. Traumatic to my dog and the children I had with me. I am assuming she did it because when giving the history I mentioned he had bit previously but she never even bothered to ask about the details. I sincerely felt that she did not/ does not care about my dog. Would NOT recommend her. Looking for a vet that cares about the patient as much as the money. Read Less

In my experience, pet owners are extremely particular about veterinary care. They are our babies, after all! I was recommended to Acres Animal Hospital firstly for economy. The person recommending me said they never felt like Acres were up for a money-grab. (this is a common complaint in veterinary care and why I was looking for a new vet to begin with.)I feel thankful that I have found them. The reception is very welcoming, and Dr. Yazer is gentle and kind, and never makes us feel rushed. He takes the time to chat about all aspects of pet care. He took the time to get to know my shy and sometimes-nervous-with-new-people dog, so that now she is completely comfortable and he can perform any procedure. If he tells me we need something, we trust him. Great to have him on our side! Read Less
