Petworks and the Vet Strategies company will never be supported by me or my family ever again. The only thing they are interested in is PROFITS. They manipulate you with high pressured sales tactics and do not give you all options. The manager is a sales manager, not a clientele manager. They would not give us all options or full details as to what the next steps would be with my fur baby’s problems and would decide for us the “options” we had. They will pull on your heart strings and accuse you of not taking care your family member because you cannot afford thousands of dollars with no guarantees or explanation of steps needed. I will be taking him to independently owned vets from now on, not a huge corporation. Read Less

I've boarded Widdershins a few times now and have been pleased every time. He's a one witch black cat who treats everyone but me like his own personal scratching post. I know that he will never be a cuddly kitty with other people and they understand that here. They don't infringe on his personal hiss space, but keep him warm, fed, clean and safe. He could have a great time and be played with and cuddled and petted. All the other cats are. It's reassuring when I am out of the country to know that his vet is just up the stairs if anything were to go wrong. Thanks to all of the staff who tried so hard to be friends with Widdershins. I love the professionalism and caring that is shown by all the employees who work at Pet Works. It isn't just a job for those working there, through their actions they show the want the best for you and your pet. I have been supported by Pet Works and in particular, Jennifer through having to put my cat down when he was really sick to the cat that I have now who is healthy. We had a fabulous experience at PetWorks - our entire experience; from booking a consultation and surgery, to having the procedure done, and the post op care, was managed in a professional and thoughtful way. My experience cannot truly be explained with words. I have two elderly cats, one with a hyperthyroid and another with an upper respiratory issue. One was treated with radiation and the other had a scope completed to evaluate the cause of the symptoms. What I can say.... this facility has exceeded all expectations. Phenomenal staff. They treat you, not just your pet. My concern for both, was their daily function, feelings, well being. I had five phone calls in one day, just to provide updates. Your fur babies are under the best care, and the fur parents are also taken care of too, despite the hardship. I cannot thank this facility and its staff enough. We are so thankful for the care throughout this process. Thank you, thank you. On another note, being the person that I am, I need straight answers. Not fluff that others require. I needed to know the options, the risks, the potential outcomes. Dr. Rick provided everything I needed to know. He took the time to listen. Explained extensively. I called today just because of the location being close to my home. And I needed a Vet ASAP because my cat had a sewing needle lodged in her throat. The staff was immediately so attentive to my cat and to my concerns and she received excellent care so quickly I could not believe it. Everything was explained and the most conservative approach (and least costly) was tried first and it worked. I was so relieved that I was able to get the care my cat needed and I would definitely recommend this clinic for any type of care; routine health check ups or more serious concerns. I took my dog Coco in to see doctor Rick because she had to get some dental surgery done. The team at Petworks was professional , compassionate and made sure that my dog received the care that she needed. They took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going to happen. I like the fact they actually care for your animals plus give you a mini care package with the kitten package. Plus they have great, friendly staff. Your fur babies are loved by you and by them :) and will be very well taken care off and examined. Our animal babies go here and all I have ever experienced is a great caring staff. Our Doctor, Dr. Nadine knows our dogs and cat first hand and it makes it less stressful if we take them in for anything including an emergency. Would not go anywhere else. So thank you Read Less

At first I was impressed by the way this company treated me after the lose of my Cat, but then it went down hill. I had to wait 4 months for the name tag for my cat's urn. I had called the vet and asked when I would be getting it, but stated to me that it is not their responsibility and for my to call the crematory about it even though the money was going to the vet then they paid the crematory. So I called the crematory and they states thy had issues, but I would be getting it. After a month I still had not received it and u called again and the company stated that they still had issues but I would get it. After another two months I stated to the vet I still had not received the tag and they finally offered to call. They stated the crematory had mailed it months ago. I am not sure how they mailed it or it goes lost or they claimed maybe the address was wrong because the vet gave the address to the crematory which they had on file and had no issue sending me stuff. Next was I was on a payment plan and at one point I stated I could not get in to pay the last amount because I was put on bed rest by my doctor for my pregnancy and the person I was speaking to agrees for me to call when I get the chance. I then receive a letter stating how much I still owed and that I was lucky they were not charging interest like they usually do. Then about a week later they call stating I need to call. This is very disappointing because as soon as they were done with us that is when they were just demanding their money and did not do anything to assist me with the problems I had with the getting the tag.  now what they have done would be 1000% Unacceptable and not would not be tolerated by anyone if my cat was a Human being. so why do they think that it is acceptable tolerated? That being said and I hope that Petworks reads this. I AM NOT PAYING ANYTHING. if anything I should take you Petworks to court for Pain and suffering & emotional distress of my long graving of my pet cat. I got the tag in the end but the tag looks cheap and i cant believe I waited 4 months for a cheap looking tag that looks like it came from a tag vending machine. Read Less
