They don't know how take an appointment. Was there for a 6:30 appointment was told upon arrival it was 7:15 Waiting a bit than left .there incompent So vet call back says I was double booked ( great ) And they had issues So I ask why didn't someone come out from behind the front counter and tell us this, people waiting for me thinking the worst since vet visits are pretty quick Stay away from this place unprofessional and no ethics Read Less

My rabbit was not seen by Russell Lake and died a slow painful death to GI stasis. He was diagnosed over the phone to not be an emergency and I was given medical advice not to feed emergency rescue food and booked an appointment for 3 days in the future. The rabbit veterinarian, Dr. Samm, who would normally perform the diagnosis was not in. He had the typical signs of GI stasis and anyone with the slightest bit of medical knowledge would have known. I was given inconsistent stories by the staff afterwards. The manager said I talked with a veterinarian but I was told by Dr. Samm that veterinarians never take front line calls. The call was never re-routed or put on hold. Further, the clinic declined to give the name of the supposed veterinarian. I consider it unlikely that I did talk with a veterinarian and more likely they lied as unqualified medical advice was given, but I will probably never know. At minimum the clinic should have referred me to Metro Emergency, rather than pretending they had competency in rabbits. From the moment I called I was given a negative attitude, which also is strange given that they advertise emergency services. The clinic is not capable of providing rabbit services or emergency services as advertised. Read Less
