My dog was having a seizure, so i called the Fall River vet from about two minutes away. They told me that that they had valium but that they weren't able to watch her overnight and referred me to the emergency clinic in Dartmouth because they aren't equipped to deal with it. Road conditions were poor and it took an extra 20 minutes to get her taken care of.
I would think that a veterinarian should do anything they can to ease an animals suffering but the Fall River Veterinary clinic didn't have the compassion to help me and my dog.
I spoke to three other vets after that and they all said that the dog should go to the nearest available place and that they would have accepted her.
I had to euthanize her in the end. Read Less

The vets are always very nice and accommodating. Wouldn't take our Golden anywhere else.
