I brought my cat in because she had a spot on her eye. Dr. Andrew Morrison was excellent. I told him I did not have a lot of money, but that I loved my cat, and he was very understanding. He provided amazingly gentle and compassionate service to my cat. I can tell he is in it for the animals first. Overall amazing experience on that visit. I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Morrison, as he is care-first, profit-second, as it should be in a profession that provides life-saving services. Love the Vet’s themselves. However the reception staff can be quite rude. The tell you your total will be whatever then you have a balance on your account and you don’t know until it’s too late. Attitude with the staff is gross. They use to be really good but I found another vet now and will not go back. I know a few other people that got ripped off. They are money grabbers. Quite slow as well. Sometimes more then an hour and a half behind. Call your clients and tell them your behind instead of them traveling far just to sit there waiting when they could be doing something else!!!! Read Less

Incredible experience with our dogs every time. We have a Yorkie and a Maltese and they are looked after so well when we go for our vet visits. We live in Middle Sackville and drive to Lake Echo because of the level of care our fur babies receive. We were impressed from the get go when the staff got on the floor to be at the same level as our pups so they would be comfortable. Actions speak louder than words. From the day Marleys Hope Dog rescue introduced me to my now Amazing vet Complete Care I went through a few vets that didn't seem to care and rushed everytime. I swear I'm a huge animal lover with 3 dogs a bunny and a mini potbelly pig! When I switched vets I was amazed and I mean amazed by the care Dr Larkin and her staff put into not only my dog but me! I was and still am treated like royalty. Ya ya you might think I'm full-on BS but it was the best thing I ever did and at the time I lived in Dartmouth! The staff are insanely amazing there's no words! I mean it they are crazy awesome. Today I went in with a sick dog,I was early and the rooms were filled (not normally a wait time! )I said nw I'm early I'll wait until I see someone come out. 5 min later (I forget her name but should know it!) The front end beautiful girl comes out to say she's sorry it will be 5 more min (not even my time yet) would you like a coffee?She come out in winter to my car!!! They are so caring they make you and your animal family members feel like your all that matters! And they have to do this how many times a day? Always make me feel like I'm the only one there! I couldn't do there job and have huge respect! Dr Larkin is clearly a leader and not a boss because her staff shows it everyday! .This is family not a vet! After experimenting with several other vet clinics in HRM, I am extremely impressed with the genuine care displayed for the wellbeing of my fur babies. I also know that I had a hundred questions for you, but I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I switched vets ,as I heard how great this clinic is-I was not disappointed. With 3 dogs and a cat,I need a caring environment for my pets. I have a 13 year old dog who needs emergency surgery to remove testicular cancer. I called every vet in the cities of Halifax and Dartmouth and compared prices. I called Complete Care on the off chance that they might be cheaper. And boy, are they. This clinic is very affordable. The Dr.Larkin owns the practice and she is absolutely fabulous. She was very knowledgeable about the cancer and said it wouldn't be a problem at all to remove it. My dog was understandably nervous when she took blood, and all the while she was just smiling and in a good mood.The clinic's prices are very affordable. They also offer a mobile pet clinic for animals in need that are not able to get in to the clinic for whatever reason.All of the staff I met were extremely polite, friendly, and you can see that they really love their job. One of the gentlemen was even nice enough to put the new rabies tag on my dog's collar for me. They weren't bothered at all by my dog's shaking and whining.
