Both vets are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, caring, and available in emergencies. Last winter I had to take my kitty in two times - both on the weekends and during snowstorms - because he was gravely ill. Prior to bringing him in, Dr. Tim was on the phone with us several times, walking us through what we could do to help him. He never rushed us or made us feel we were imposing on him. Finally, we made the decision that our kitty needed to be brought in and the Dr. met us at nearly 10 pm on Sunday night. He literally saved our kitty's life. When he had a setback a couple of weeks later, Dr. Tom was on call and gave us the same great attention and services. Between the two of them, they were able to come up with a treatment plan. Now, several months later, our kitty (Richard) is doing well. He is an older cat with chronic issues, but he is happy and healthy and even plays and has 'fun'. This vet has taken care of our pog since birth. The staff are very thorough, keep excellent records and treat our dig as if she was human. The vets are very caring of the pets, treat them with loads of respect. I highly recommend this clinic. Read Less
