All of the front desk staff are amazing...caring, friendly, professional - just wonderful. Dr. Findlay is an outstanding vet and my dog LOVES her. She takes the time to explain all you need to know and makes a point of greeting my dog with a big hug and lots of attention. Dr. Findlay provides options and presents pros and cons so you can make an informed decision. I never feel rushed. I couldn't ask for better. Thank you!!

I did a lot of research before I decided which vet I was going to take my dog to and Ajax Animal Hospital was a strong winner. Their cost for a regular visit is slightly on the more expensive end, however they really have your back if something goes wrong. My last dog at the end had pancreatitis and diabetes so we were in with him on a regular basis for blood work and check ups and sometimes they wouldn't even charge us.

I stopped going over a year ago after being a client for close to 20 years. I had never experienced end of life and when I called them in tears regarding my cat, the receptionist unsympathetically told me "she can't come in without being in a carrier". I had commented she had not been moving and was on her favourite pillow. I never returned. We had been bringing 3 cats in over those years and a rabbit. Further back in time, I received a nasty call regarding a balance owing while I was on holidays and my son took a cat in with a crisis. I exclaimed to the male receptionist that I have been coming over 10 years and always pay up right away. I found myself apologizing to the owner for my temper on my next visit which frankly should have been the other way around.

my family and i spent thousands of dollars at this clinic over several years for my dog and several of my extended families cats. I moved with my dog three years ago to Alberta. When looking to move back I contacted Ajax Animal Hospital for their assistance in connecting with my dogs vet in Alberta to assist with ensuring he has the required medication he needs to fly. I was basically told they're willing to do NOTHING for us as they are no longer his Vet. When we return to the Ajax area next week there is absolutely no way we will consider returning to the Ajax Animal Clinic for my dog, or any of my family's other pets as we were shocked with the pathetic level of customer service provided

No complaints! Very friendly, great service, and they diagnosed and solved the issues we were having with our cats, by changing the food (that they sell), all of our issues went away.

I did a lot of research before I decided which vet I was going to take my dog to and Ajax Animal Hospital was a strong winner. Their cost for a regular visit is slightly on the more expensive end, however they really have your back if something goes wrong.
