Worst service I've received. Because of their error I'm out $60 with no option for a refund and a wasted bag of food.
They pretty much said oops sorry for your luck. 0/10 would not recommend.

The guy was scared to hold my cat once I said no she did not have her shots. He would not go near her unless I held her down. When he gave me the estimate for the surgey she "may" live through or "might" be successful he almost threw me out of his clinic for saying what if it comes to putting her down. She was 16 years old and could hardly even go up stairs and this was all for a tumour that almost cost 2,000 to remove! Went to another clinic and she didn't even care if my cat had her shots or anything. She was actually able to pet my cat without needing any assistance from me, where he couldn't. My cat actually got worst from the cream he gave me after 5 months and had to put her down... Read Less
