Came here today with my pet Mochi to get a regular vet check, price was fair and affordable; not too expensive like other places. The staff and Vet were all friendly and informative, making sure my puppy gets the best and was not forceful when it came to recommendation. For example, I was told that she would need a Kennel Cough vaccine, which is taken usually annually, but was told I did not need to as of yet and can come next time to take it. Because I wanted to take her to socialize with other pets, I said yes. Just proves the respect, honestly, and integrity of this hospital.

Took my dog here because he had a Hematoma on his ear. We got the surgery done, surgery wasn’t done well. Then we had to take him back to get the stitches out and a week later the ear was still very infected and big so I looked at his ear and we found stitches still in his ear. No wonder why it wasn’t getting any better. The ear never healed properly. Don’t suggest this vet for surgery at all.

I've been very happy with Pickering Village Pet Hospital and have been taking my 12 year old cat to Dr. Gill since we moved to Ajax 10 years agoi. He was upfront about dental problems (and showed the X-Rays with his concerns), and has offered advice and support as Shade has aged. We are thrilled with the caring support staff and we would definitely recommend Dr. Gill as a vet!

This is the place I trust my babies with. When we travel to Florida for the winter they are very receptive to ensure all files are forwarded to our other vet to make sure our babies get the best care...
This is the place I trust my babies with. When we travel to Florida for the winter they are very receptive to ensure all files are forwarded to our other vet to make sure our babies get the best care.The vet has saved my gizmos eye twice and they worked with me so I was not over charged. Last year he had a ulcer on his one eye which quickly became a melting ulcer - he could have lost his eye. The vet began harvesting blood every couple days from gizmo spinning it and making it a serum. It worked!!! They barley gave me a bill... we were so greatful.The girls in the office never over book patients. If your appointment is at 1 you will be in at 1. Fast friendly and efficient service .. give them a try

Dr. Gill is a professional with heart and compassion. He diagnosed our Pomeranian with kidney failure and only recommended necessary testing, he provided attionL options but truthfully guides us on needed and not needed expenses. Honorable and trustworthy. We just put our beloved down moments ago and the staff and Sr. Gill were amazing, painless. This past week Sr. Gill made himself available for our phone calls, even calling us, free of charge, helping us all along the way. I honestly could not have a higher recommendation for a veterinarian. You'll see for yourself should you decide to.

We were looking for a new vet for our kitten and checked out several in the area. I loved that Pickering Village allowed us to set up a meet a greet appointment to meet Dr. Gill, the staff and see the facility. I found everyone extremely helpful and we brought Jger in a few weeks later to be neutered. Great service and friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Called this place, told the person on the phone the issue with my dogs broken nail asked advice and told her I was strapped for money due to an issue, I have never had such a rude treatment or comment over the phone. Absolutely unprofessional and clearly does not care for pet or your situation. Would never go here or call ever again. Asked a question and got the response "well that's you" and a very rude "have a nice day" and hung up on before I could get more then you too out. Very angry!!

The Campbell family is ever so grateful to Dr. Gill & his team for bringing our cat, Juice back to us. She was so badly poisoned that the prognosis was not good at all. He did a series of tests and was consistently there monitoring and caring for her. Dr. Gill was always updating us with what was given to Juice and why. One could see that he was always on the go thinking how best to treat Juice. His team is awesome and one could sense their professionalism and passion for animals. Juice is not out of the woods so to say, but at least she's home with us. There will be follow up visits to ensure Juice is progressing well.
During her stay at the Pickering Village Pet Hospital, we were there for a number of hours, being with Juice and Dr. Gill and his team were very accommodating.

Came here today with my pet Mochi to get a regular vet check, price was fair and affordable; not too expensive like other places. The staff and Vet were all friendly and informative, making sure my puppy gets the best and was not forceful when it came to recommendation. I've been very happy with Pickering Village Pet Hospital and have been taking my 12 year old cat to Dr. Gill since we moved to Ajax 10 years agoi. He did a series of tests and was consistently there monitoring and caring for her. Dr. Gill was always updating us with what was given to Juice and why. One could see that he was always on the go thinking how best to treat Juice. His team is awesome and one could sense their professionalism and passion for animals. Juice is not out of the woods so to say, but at least she's home with us. There will be follow up visits to ensure Juice is progressing well.
During her stay at the Pickering Village Pet Hospital, we were there for a number of hours, being with Juice and Dr. Gill and his team were very accommodating.
