Don't go here! I currently go to Cataroqui/Amherstview Pet Hospital and am leaving. We have had bad experiences with Dr. Keller and Dr. Cote. Dr. Keller yelled at my mother because we wouldn't put our cat down but wanted to try a treatment option first. Dr. Cote bullies me and treats me like an idiot. She has told me on numerous occasions that my dog will die and it will be my fault because I didn't get her spayed even though I haven't been able to get her spayed yet because her heat cycle is too frequent. She wouldn't take my concerns seriously and instead of checking my animal over she just told me about all the dogs that die of pyometras even though my dog doesn't have a pyometra! Don't go to Cataroqui Pet Hospital or Amherstview Pet Hospital!

Thank you to Dr. Keller and all the Vet Tech's who have helped us over the past few months. There advise and patience with all my questions about A pregnant Millie was invaluable. I know when I take my fur babies into see them that they all care so much. Millie and the pups had there 8 week appt today and everyone is healthy. Millie and the pups took there needles like champs. Thanks again. I will fully recommend the Cataraqui Pet Hospital to all my friends.

I wanted to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at the Cataraqui Pet Hospital! We arrived with our 8 month old kitten that had eaten one of his toys. An afternoon of surgery and 2 days of after care , we're finally home. The care and compassion we recieved was outstanding! They looked after our little "Stitches" like he was family. Thanks to all of you that help us thru tough times with our fur babies.

We were happy with the care of our dog when we brought her in to be spayed. Because she had a lump that needed to be removed, the cost was higher than we anticipated. We asked if we could pay 2/3 of the bill now and the balance in one week. Unfortunately the office said they were not willing to do that. I could understand that if we were new customers, but we have been taking our pets to The Cataraqui Pet Hospital for about 20 years. We were disappointed that they couldn't be flexible for a long-term customer.

Dr Keller and all the staff of Cataraqui Pet Hospital are excellent. I've never felt rushed. They take their time to explain everything. They are caring, kind, compassionate and always want to do the best for our pets. We've been going to this clinic since 1993 and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Amazing group of people who take time to explain things in detail and know how you are feeling about your fur baby. I can't thank them all enough for taking the extra time out of their busy day to make every animal coming in feel extra special. My fur baby loves visiting and getting the extra attention he always craves and of course his liver treat fix.

Don't go here! I currently go to Cataroqui/Amherstview Pet Hospital and am leaving. We have had bad experiences with Dr. Keller and Dr. Cote. Dr. Keller yelled at my mother because we wouldn't put our cat down but wanted to try a treatment option first. Dr. Cote bullies me and treats me like an idiot. Thank you to Dr. Keller and all the Vet Tech's who have helped us over the past few months. There advise and patience with all my questions about A pregnant Millie was invaluable. I know when I take my fur babies into see them that they all care so much. Millie and the pups had there 8 week appt today and everyone is healthy. Millie and the pups took there needles like champs. Thanks again. I will fully recommend the Cataraqui Pet Hospital to all my friends.

I wanted to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the staff at the Cataraqui Pet Hospital! We arrived with our 8 month old kitten that had eaten one of his toys. An afternoon of surgery and 2 days of after care , we're finally home. The care and compassion we recieved was outstanding! They looked after our little "Stitches" like he was family. Thanks to all of you that help us thru tough times with our fur babies.

We were happy with the care of our dog when we brought her in to be spayed. Because she had a lump that needed to be removed, the cost was higher than we anticipated.
