We brought our Kaycee-girl (Golden Retriever) We called them as she is a new patient as we could not get in to see vet hospital nearly 25years, the vet we dealt with would always make sure we got in, but since then so I decided to change Vet Hospital and we got to meet very wonderful staff and Doctor really helped Kaycee and did a great job explaining what was going on with her she has a very severe skin dermatitis and it was so spread all over very red & angry and she is on the road to recovery a lot of work but she is our family and I was just so stressed out for her as she has been through a lot and they never complain animals! But this hospital and Staff is by far the best in the valley! We are life patients and as far as price it was no different then anywhere else! Thank you so much for your continuing care for our beautiful fun-loving golden girl-Kaycee and we are so blessed that kaycee-girl has the best animal hospital and care! Your amazing and wonderful, Thank you, Brenda & Cameron Fox. Read Less

We went to this location after our Vet for many years went on a personal leave of absence! We had our dog in for a checkup, I felt like we were in a used car lot! Being sold on this med and that med! They ended up giving our dog a rabies shot! We informed them that our dog had her shots the year earlier, which was good for 4 years, they argued and said no! So it has come to light recently once we returning to our former TRUSTED vet, THAT THE ARNPRIOR VETERINARY HOSPITAL DID DOUBLE DOSE MY DOG!!! By the way, our dog is healthy, no thanks to you! I called on a Thursday and was in Friday at 9. I thought this little kitten would die. Abdominal hernia and ear mites. So I came in and payed to have her put down because there is no way I could pay for the surgery. I didn't stay. When I got home I got a call from the animal hospital, the vet says this is very treatable, and would I like to surrender her to the humane society and use my payment as a donation and save her life. I was overjoyed as I was not happy about putting her down. She wasn't my cat really. I had taken her in from a farm because they knew she was sick. Thank you so much for saving her. I recently lost my beautiful little Molly! She was only 7 years old, and was so full of curousity and life in general. Dr. Appleby and staff worked extremely hard to pull her through the aftermath of a serious surgery and her little heart gave up. They did everything possible, the did it with heart and love and nothing could save her. Molly and her brother McGinty have been in their care since they were 13 weeks old. McGinty continues to be a strong, happy and a loving part of our family, and other than being a little over weight he is thriving. We are all grieving Molly, but we have had amazing support and compassion from everyone at The Arnprior Animal Hospital. Read Less
