I can not speak enough about how great the Aurora Animal Clinic is. We made the switch after our dog was a year old and have never looked back. Our dog is excited everytime she goes in there to see who is at the front desk and "check herself in. " They take the time to carefully examine and explain anything that may be wrong or of concern to your pet. I highly recommend them.

Keep your loving pets away from this place. A cat should not have to die at the age of 10 for no reason. After spending over $1,000 and not even getting so much as a phone or an answer as to what is wrong with my best friends cat. He and his son had to watch him die in a cage because of the treatments performed or lack there of. Then another $400 for a cremation. The cat would have been better off at home with some simple medication. If you want your loving pets to live a full life, then take them to another vet. One that won't take all your money and kill a member of your family.

I recommend this clinic above any other veterinarian in all of York region or even the GTA. They have always been more than helpful and accommodating especially if I have an emergency issue. They encourage you to call in with updates or drop by so they can see how your pet has healed/is doing. Unlike the majority of other clinics they do not charge the same way for services and medications. This is one of the only veterinary clinics I have ever come across that truly displays at most caring for the animals they're treating instead of doing it solely for the profits. No matter what issue your pet has I highly recommend all of the veterinarians at the Aurora Animal Clinic.

I have been taking my 3 dogs and a my cats there for approximately 10+ years! Their level of customer service and their expertise in caring for my pets always exceeds my expectations.
I wouldn't even consider taking my pets to any other clinic and trust them totally! They are always there when I need them .... and ALWAYS manage to get me in immediately when/if the need arises!

My family and I have been bringing our furry family members to the Aurora Animal Clinic for over 14 years. There is no other clinic that I would trust to take care of my pets. The wonderful staff at Aurora Animal Clinic are knowledgeable, professional and most importantly compassionate. When my beloved English Springer Spaniel Jerry became ill, he was given the best possible care I could have asked for and I felt tremendously supported. Especially when it came time to say good bye. I highly recommend the Aurora Animal Clinic.

In August, I was adopted by two beautiful kittens. I live in Burlington, but I brought my kittens to this location because out of the 40+ veterinarians that Ive contacted they were the only ones who talked about the differences in vaccines. My parents live in Aurora and I was talking to them about the vast differences in pricing from veterinarians in my local region and that I never had a sense of comfort when talking to them. So, I was calling around to check what things were like in around my folks place. When I called the Animal Clinic the person on the phone was knowledgeable, personable, and took time to answer all my questions. Ive never been to a veterinarian before, and I think I was as nervous about the visit as the kittens. The appointment on Monday Dec 12th was an amazing experience. Josylin (Sorry if thats spelled incorrect), examined the kittens and her manner set both them and me at ease. She gave them the injections and I had been concerned about how they would react. They didnt even flinch. I was also worried about the kittens being stressed after, but as soon as we got home they started playing like nothing had happened.
This was hands down far beyond what I thought was going to happen. I tell you this place and these people are absolutely worth the drive from Burlington. The only suggestion I have for the staff is to see if they can try and make sure its not snowing when people bring their loved ones in. I know its a challenge but still something to work on

I've been bringing my dog to Aurora Animal Clinic for years and everyone I have ever encountered there has been nothing short of wonderful. The doctors are fantastic and genuinely want what's best for my little sweetheart. They have fixed up all of the health problems my older dog has had and has cared for her with so much love and compassion. The staff is amazing - they get us in right away when I have any concerns and are the kindest, most friendly and organized people I have ever met. I trust my fur baby to them 100%.

I started coming here with my Golden, Kramer, when we moved to Aurora. Kramer and I both loved everyone here. They care, they are compassionate and patient and friendly. They were so kind and loving in helping me cross Kramer over and I am forever grateful. Now, I have a new boy, Jaxon, and Jaxon can't get enough of everyone there! I can't even begin to express how wonderful the staff has been to my dog and I. My dog has a lifelong illness that requires many vet visits. The Aurora animal clinic has gone above and beyond to treat Maverick as though he's one of their own. I don't know where we would be today without the kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. I feel totally at peace knowing that Maverick's care is in their very capable hands.

This was hands down far beyond what I thought was going to happen. I tell you this place and these people are absolutely worth the drive from Burlington. The only suggestion I have for the staff is to see if they can try and make sure its not snowing when people bring their loved ones in. I know its a challenge but still something to work on

I've been bringing my dog to Aurora Animal Clinic for years and everyone I have ever encountered there has been nothing short of wonderful. The doctors are fantastic and genuinely want what's best for my little sweetheart. They have fixed up all of the health problems my older dog has had and has cared for her with so much love and compassion. The staff is amazing - they get us in right away when I have any concerns and are the kindest, most friendly and organized people I have ever met. I trust my fur baby to them 100%.

I started coming here with my Golden, Kramer, when we moved to Aurora. Kramer and I both loved everyone here. They care, they are compassionate and patient and friendly. They were so kind and loving in helping me cross Kramer over and I am forever grateful. Now, I have a new boy, Jaxon, and Jaxon can't get enough of everyone there! I trust the wonderful vets there and the staff and I know I can go to Sharla for help with training. I wouldn't even consider any other Vet clinic. I can't even begin to express how wonderful the staff has been to my dog and I. My dog has a lifelong illness that requires many vet visits. The Aurora animal clinic has gone above and beyond to treat Maverick as though he's one of their own. I don't know where we would be today without the kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. I feel totally at peace knowing that Maverick's care is in their very capable hands.
