0 Stars if I could give it. Went to get some cat food at about 7 pm - I wasn't aware it had closed as the clinic was open, lights on, doors unlocked. The young lady at the counter was incredibly rude and spoke in a condescending tone and indicated several times they were closed. There is always a better and more polite way to tell someone the clinic is closed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have had amazing experiences with this veterinary hospital. There is one vet that my puppy will not see but overall I have not had any serious problems with them. They are on the expensive side but worth it for the constant care before and after your fur baby leaves the office. The staff answers your questions quickly and efficiently. We have been with them for many years and fur baby number 3.

Staff is great with follow-up calls for ensure the success of treatments. For recurring lifetime scripts, I would suggest that the vets give more repeats to save on the cost of refilling a script.

In response to Purple Bunny. I think that your review is inaccurate. I have been going to LeGallais Vet for quite some time now, and have seen all 3 vets. I highly doubt that Dr. Nora felt your cats kidney and thought it was a tumor, maybe the kidney was enlarged and she thought that there could be a tumor on it... I also HIGHLY doubt that you were quoted $2000 for a tooth cleaning, I have had my dogs teeth cleaned and it was no where near that.
As for the receptionists, maybe they are happy, maybe they like their job, and maybe, just maybe they have a good attitude on life, unlike you, who has something negative to say about everything, really? you gave McDonalds a 1 star because it was OVER PRICED? Come on, its McDonalds..
Anyways, Legallais Vet is an EXCELLENT vet clinic, the Dr.'s are all really nice and helpful, and my dog LOVES going there. Before you take Purple Bunnys comment in to account, please look up her other ratings for other busniesses to show her credability.

Very expensive. Not knowledgable AT ALL! Dr. Nora confused my cats kidney and told us it was a tumor and she would need to be euthanized! Xrays showed that whoopsies! Was just her kidney! We will nev...
Very expensive. Not knowledgable AT ALL! Dr. Nora confused my cats kidney and told us it was a tumor and she would need to be euthanized! Xrays showed that whoopsies! Was just her kidney! We will never be going there again. She also diagnosed our cat based on guessing. She admitted this to us. We also had to keep her overnight and they refused to feed her the food we brought, instead they offered her stupid perscription food. When we got her home 28 hours later she couldn't scarf her food down long enough. We gave them one more shot. The next time we went was with our other cat for vaccinations. They REFUSED to give him a rabies shot because they claimed his previous clinic gave a 3 year, when my paper work obviously stated one year. They also claimed he needed $2000 worth of dental work, but our new vet only charged $500. And the receptionists need to take a chill pill. Please! Your fake happiness isn't fooling anyone, its more annoying then anything. Absolutely terrible. Never go here!

I have had amazing experiences with this veterinary hospital. There is one vet that my puppy will not see but overall I have not had any serious problems with them. They are on the expensive side but worth it for the constant care before and after your fur baby leaves the office. The staff answers your questions quickly and efficiently. We have been with them for many years and fur baby number 3.
