I had been looking for a new vet for my 3 cats since moving back to Aylmer area a year ago. I saw Vet Dr. White respond to a call for someone who found a cat who was badly injured in Tillsonburg, ON 2 weeks ago. Dr. White's response to help this poor cat showed heroism and compassion when it wasn't shown by other Vet clinics in Tillsonburg. This convinced me that my cats would be in great hands going to Aylmer Veterinary Clinic. During my first visit, Vet Dr. Maltby and Vet Tech Kelly were super friendly and great with all three of my cats especially my one anxious cat. I have complete trust in the care my dog Pixie has received at the Aylmer Veterinary Clinic. I transferred here many years ago when she was a puppy, and had not had an opportunity to to go for a visit yet. One night she appeared to be choking and I debated calling after hours. Dr, Kirk Maltby called me back and listened as I explained we were new and had an appointment later in the month, how sorry I was I was bothering him, and that I would go immediately in to pay my bill. He stopped me and with his kind manners said not to worry, it was only 11 pm and he had time. He explained what was happening, no meds required, to watch her through the night and to call in the morning. She was much better. I never received a bill and I called to inquire - there was no bill to be paid. I the took a job at another well known veterinary clinic in a nearby town for almost 7 years. Once I left there, I immediately transferred back to the Aylmer Veterinary Clinic! The Aylmer Veterinary Clinic Receptionists and Technicians are kind and friendly, the Office Manager is knowledgable, fair and genuine. The Doctors at the Aylmer Veterinary Clinic are wonderful, especially Dr. Tracy Vink-Taylor, who is truly amazing! Thank you everyone showing me how a proper Veterinary Clinic operates! Been our family's vet clinic for over 25 years. All of the vets and vet techs are great. Our dog Bella was losing her hair and had terrible allergies. The vets, particularly Dr. Vink worked really hard to find a solution and now her hair has almost fully grown back. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Read Less

Absolutely a stellar team. Have been there for me and gone above and beyond to assist me during some very difficult times. As a breeder/pet owner for many years I can't say enough about this clinic.
