Vets are good but the young blond girl at the front reception is a miserable, uncaring, unpleasant person to have greeting the clients. She has the people skills of a rock. Couldn't care less about your pet. Needs to understand the concept of compassion. I'm taking my business and my money elsewhere.

Secretary is rude, and unfriendly. Lots of hidden cost, they do not give you quotes up front, or what quote they do give is inaccurate. I was expecting a bill of $350-400 with tax, which turned into $555. Charging way too much! They should have a list of prices for clients to see upfront. So you are not floored when you go to leave.

Would like to thank you for all your compassion and understanding for my dog Gable..From the moment of his diagnosis in July I felt that I was being listened to.Every question ,every idea ,was responded to quickly with understanding and care. When his time came to an end everything was done to make him comfortable.I held my dog as he passed with liver treats in his belly in a room full of kindness and caring.Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
