Extremely disappointed with our experience on Friday, February 10th, 2017. We have be a customer of Baywood South Animal Hospital since February 2013. On the stormy snowy night of February 10th our ...
Extremely disappointed with our experience on Friday, February 10th, 2017. We have be a customer of Baywood South Animal Hospital since February 2013. On the stormy snowy night of February 10th our dog was experiencing blood in her urine and I called Baywood at approximately 5:15 p.m. and was told that they had three customers that had appointments at the moment and would be closing in 45 minutes. They noted to me that I lived in Innisfil and that it would be quite a long drive to go to the Huronia Veterinary Emergency Clinic, especially in the terrible snow storm. I was very disappointed that they were not able to accommodate us that night. I guess that customer loyalty doesn't exist anymore at Baywood. Huronia Emergency Clinic was fabulous, btw!
