Very friendly and helpful veterinary. My cat has been steadily declining these past couple months and they have done everything they can for him including squeezing us in on extremely short notice. I first went to this clinic for a second opinion for my pug Snorkie. Not only did I receive great advice, their price for the surgery was substantially less than our previous clinic for the same service. Dr Spring and the team at Simcoe Vet are very thorough, take the time to explain the condition as well as possible options, and only recommend tests that are necessary to provide the best care for my dogs. I won't take my dogs anywhere else, and my in-laws have also transferred theirs dogs care to Dr. Spring. Thanks guys!! Read Less

Worst vet I’ve ever been to. Friendly staff but it’s all focused on sales. Weren’t there 5 minutes and they try selling you on “puppy package” then deworming (my pup has been dewormed 4 times and I made that clear) but still they tried, then trying to sell us on dog food, we buy royal canin for our pup, same thing they sell, except it’s quite a bit less from our breeder! Then try selling us on insurance. Which we have already and it’s the same insurance they sell yet they ref...used to send in the bill to the insurance company for me so I could get reimbursed. Told me to come pick up dogs meds, they knew what he needed for his giardia ad my previous vet who is just too far sent them all the info. All they needed was my pups weight. Just needed to weigh him, booked my pups 3rd shots at the beginning of he visit. Then they charged me exam fee $94+tax meanwhile 3rd shots include it and were scheduled for less then a week away. Long story short we went in to pick up meds and schedule 3rd vaccines appointment. Charged me exam fee for no reason. Tried to sell me every service and product they offer. Called in next day to cancel appt for 3rd shots and made it clear how disappointed we were and how we feel we were taken advantage of. Courtney who answered the phone did not seem to care at all. My dog and I were very well taken care of today at Simcoe Vet Hospital. We met with Dr. Spring. She was exceptionally knowledgable, professional, and approachable/easy to talk.
