I visited the Napanee office (Lennox and Addington Animal Hospital) with my kitten Harley, this morning. This was by far the best Vet visit I have ever had. Dr. de Wolde as well as the rest of the team members are absolutely amazing, they cared for Harley with compassion and a genuine willingness to help her. After a misunderstanding at one of the other hospitals earlier today, we still chose to stay with this great group of professionals for the care of our pets, we would highly recommend them to everyone! Kind and caring staff. We just moved to Bath, and our little buddy Diesel became very ill. The news was shocking that it was Diesel time to cross the rainbow bridge as Cancer had spread thru. We became clients of this amazing group of clinics 3 weeks ago. Last week a foster dog in our care collapsed and we rushed him to this clinic. The care and compassion shown by Dr Sarah who followed us to their sister clinic in Kingston, stayed with us 3 hrs after she was supposed to go home, and ensured overnight care was arranged is far beyond what could be expected. Dr Lyndsay and all the techs were so compassionate and although our Great Dane did not make it through the night, it was not for their lack of effort. I have so much confidence in all of the employees at this establishment that I call them OFTEN, with many questions. They have always been helpful, kind, genuine, and treat me and my pets as their main priority the moment we walk through the door. Rea and Emily are two of the most wonderful Vets and I have had the pleasure of knowing both of them for quite some time now. Kelly (RVT) is an amazing person, and has developed a close relationship with my man Maverick a Bernese to the point where he comes to the other pets appointments just to see her. This summer our children's beloved cat, Hobbes got very sick, suddenly. The Bath vet team was prompt at getting him in to see Dr. Jacqueline Cote. Our family was very upset and Dr. Cote was very compassionate and clearly explained what was wrong and Hobbes chances of recovery, it wasn't looking good. Armed with her vast experience and limited by our financial constraints, Jacqueline quickly came up with a plan of action. As she treated Hobbes over the course of a few days Jacqueline continued to explain what was happening, technical details followed by a caring shoulder to cry on.
