I paid double the price I paid at previous vet for yearly Flea/tick heartworm etc.

I called old vet while I was here and this visit cost me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN A VET AN HO...
I paid double the price I paid at previous vet for yearly Flea/tick heartworm etc.
DOUBLE THE PRICE!
I called old vet while I was here and this visit cost me FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN A VET AN HOUR AWAY IN SIMCOE.
I could of sent my dogs by limousine while I sip champagne to Queensway Animal Hospital in Simcoe and it STILL would of been cheaper than Dr.Wilson.
Dr. Wilson was unprepared and had absolutely ZERO control of my dogs.
I have trained 15 dogs in my lifetime and this by far was the most UNPROFESSIONAL Vet practice I have ever been to.
Dr Wilson left spent needles on the examine table and just walked away when the sharps container was less than 4 feet away.
Putting sharps in container is Vet 101.
If the Doctor failed at this simple task how does she handle a more complicated one?
Did I mention that they lost control of my sweet timid 75lb shepherd?
Yup.
My dog was wandering the office SCARED OUT OF HER WITS IN A PANIC until she found me.
A Farce.
An EXPENSIVE one at that.
I wouldn't let these people care for my PetRock.
I highly suggest you compare prices with other vets and I can guarantee you won't go here.
I took video of the sharps(spent needles) just lying around and I am sending the video and pics to the College of Vets.

I've been taking my cats here for years. (have 4). The women at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful, and don't have 'attitude' like at some vet places. They actually seem to enjoy their job...
I've been taking my cats here for years. (have 4). The women at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful, and don't have 'attitude' like at some vet places. They actually seem to enjoy their job. They genuinely care for the welfare of the animals and are empathetic to the 'pet parents'. They will go out of their way to find out something for you, or accommodate you regarding scheduling an appointment, and will call you if there's a cancellation and fit you in.
As per the majority of veterinarians, it's a bit pricey, but they will explain why regarding procedures being done, the time it takes to do it, meds needed, hospital stay time if it's a surgery, and will give you an estimated price, as it could be lower depending on the circumstance.
I've tried other vet places hoping to find one that isn't pricey but they're approximately all the same, and I prefer to take my pets to a friendly vet place where they make you feel comfortable, and do their very best for the animals. I highly recommend them.

It is the BEST Animal Hospital I have gone to. Dr Laura is the best and also her assistant. Everything is explained and they show they care. Would recommend them. 5 star.

I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to all the staff who helped us this past Saturday as we had to euthanize our beloved Bella due to cancer. They were informative, professional, patient, kind and caring. There presence made our experience bearable. Our Bella passed very quickly, peacefully and with the dignity she deserved. Staff members even took the time to get us a paw print to cherish forever. Thank you so much for being there!

really you want me to put something like that on here!!!lolol well let me tell you a thing or two about my vet dr laura and ALL the staff at beamsville animal hospital,first of all i have never seen such compassion and understanding from a group of ppl in all my life 2yrs or so ago,we(cathy&bonnie) got a siberian husky 7wk old pup and we took her here well i cant tell u how much cydney loves going to see everybody there what dog do u know who loves going to the vet ,they are awesome with her and being a husky theres been some trouble lol but all has been handled with such pride dignity and compassion,today she is a healthy happy girl who is much loved byevery1,i wouldnt take her anywhere else i would highly recomend their services,they have been our life line in our learning and loving cydney,we also feel we have new friends,ever greateful for ALLthey have done and will continue to do for us oh and cydney great place to goxoxoxo
