Both of my cats have been so well looked after by the staff. Everyone is always so careful and thoughtful of everyone (including owners!) You know your pet has had the very best care when you leave and you know what you need to do to keep your fur baby healthy and happy!
I work with Sharon and I can't get onto review Bay Regional Vet but both my cat and dog have been so well looked after by everyone at Bay Regional Vet I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Not only do they take the best care of my pets they are patient and kind with my endless questions. Never have I felt that my pets have had better care and attention. I will never go anywhere else.

Kind and caring animal doctors, took the time to explain my cat's complex medical condition and the treatment options. They have been very cautious and careful in the follow up, making sure we get the best care and are always on the ball when new issues come up. The clinic is new and bright and clean, and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Also, very easy to get timely appointments. Recently moved to Toronto, and will continue to bring my animals here, highly recommend!

Compassionate and knowlegeable professionals and staff who take a proactive interest in helping to maintain the health of our pets through immunizations, checkups and by providing direction on such topics as dental health, tick removal, nutrition, etc. Bay Regional has also been very responsive and helpful during an urgent care episode where our dog was attacked by another dog. Surgeries are always followed-up with a call from the clinic to ensure post-operative recovery is going well.

Bay Regional has provided stellar service for both of our present cats and the many that have preceded them. They are always thorough, professional, and meticulous in their assessments and treatments. When options are available, we are presented with them and their respective pros and cons. With their having many services available on site, they offer a full range of services. The doctors are always up to date with the latest knowledge and professional practice: they attend annual professional-learning conferences as well as continual regional upgrading. One can find cut-rate veterinary services, with there being the strong possibility of corners being cut and/or obsolete services provided, but one always gets the very best service with no worries about corners having been cut when one deals with Bay Regional. To me there is no other choice for our feline companions.

I love both of the vets here - they take such great care of our kitty, who has had a few minor health issues. Smooth de-clawing and neutering as well back when he was a kitten. Highly recommend!
