I have been bringing my dogs to North Hill Animal hospital for about 10 years now. Dr. Kerr is beyond words amazing. His staff excellent. My dogs love them. Very knowledgeable on animals. I have brachycephalic dogs (Flat faced dogs like English and French Bulldogs) and most places hear what type of dog you have and automatically see dollar signs but not here. North Hill Staff see a new friend to love and help care for while providing the base care for your breed and your dog; as they know each dog(pet) is unique and special. I have always been treated like a person, my questions and concerns always listened too and answered. Dr.Kerr truly cares for his patients like they were his own pet. Went to this vet when my dog was severely sick! Vet took bloodwork received the results and did not let us know the accurate information. The bloodwork revealed he was severely sick and vet pushed for an ultrasound, without advising of the bloodwork findings. My dog had many symptoms and did not recieve any medication to help calm his symptoms or make him feel comfortable, for the time being. Ended up having to put our dog down a week later due to the lack of information and care from this vet. Read Less

The vet doctors at North Hill are amazing! We called when our dog Ranger ate something potentially toxic and were put directly on with the vet doctors. They were patient and provided step by step guidance on what to do without having to come into the office! Great service! Read Less

After the hard work and amazing effort and care they put into my cat Charolette I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Whenever I need something they always got it ready for me right away, they watched over her and took her in as fast as they could. The whole staff is super friendly and the vets are extremely knowledgeable. They saved my cats life, without their help I would have lost her. I will never go anywhere else to have my pets looks after. I truly recommend North Hill!!! And am so thankful to have found them! Our Cats, Fender and Gibson, LOVE Dr. Kerr (or as they call him, Dr. Purr) and ALL his staff -- every one of them is kind, helpful and very knowledgeable! They have seen the boys through illnesses, adjusting to medications, and dental surgery, and they are always available to answer my many questions! When I first moved to Bolton, I took our cats to North Hill because they were right near our house, but I was nervous because I knew I had been very lucky with the vet I had in my old neighbourhood. From the first appointment, I knew I'd made the right decision, and 15 years later, I wouldn't consider taking our boys anywhere else! North Hill Animal Hospital has ben my Vet for all my fur baby's For many years now, I highly recommend them, they are amazing with animals, very warm welcome, they treat my pet like there own... My baby loves going to the vet to see all his friends and get some more love and caring.... If there's a question or a concerned I have with my baby I call them and they are always helpful... My husband and I moved to Bolton two years ago. I was very hesitant to leave my old vet in Toronto, who had cared for my fur family for over 30 years. It was through a serendipitous conversation that we came upon North Hill Animal Hospital. (Thank you, Cheryl, so grateful to you - you are a gem!) We are now clients for life. This beautiful, state of the art facility (ask for a tour - you will be blown away) is a true sanctuary for animals. Each and every staff member is an angel who goes above and beyond with their love and care. They have been there to help us and our pets physically and emotionally. From major dental surgery, to managing chronic illness, to routine checkups, they devote all the time, attention and love they possibly can at each and every visit. When we were facing the terminal illness of one of our pets, Dr. Dana Cini helped him in his final days with tremendous compassion, even checking in via email after hours, long after her work day was over.
