Dr Mann is amazing .. within minutes of seeing him my mind is at ease. He knows dogs. He knows how to calm their owner and he takes his time!! He waits until the dog is ready. Today was amazing. So worried about our little one, within 5 min of seeing him, we knew we had nothing to worry about. I know petunia is in good hands when she is with Dr Mann. His office staff knows her, greet her by name as well as my husband and I. I like going to a vet who doesn’t charge you for anything extra That doesn’t need to be done, is honest and is not about money. I can’t rate Dr Mann enough
I would Highly recommend Dr Mann... if you are looking for a vet who cares and spends time, this clinic is where you need to be.

I like to give people chances and I went to this vet, and gave them 3 chances before leaving. It did not take long and I went promptly to a new vet. One time specifically, they gave too much of a vaccine to my 7 pound dog and he became very sick. I found the vet to be very condescending, and did not seem to care when he was so ill. It looks like he gives the same amount of a vaccine to large and small dogs. I did not have a good feeling going here and my dog is like my child, so we went elsewhere.

I’ve read every single review before signing up with Summerlyn Pet Hospital. While it is always a touchy subject on diagnostic/treatment fees VS quality of care, I feel this clinic puts care to their highest priority. I’ve observed this during some of my appointments. All the staff are incredibly committed and passionate about animals. The follow-up calls are thoughtful.

I recently had my 9 year old boxer named Lucas in for dental surgery— a cleaning and removal of gum tumours. The staff was great, warm and professional. Dr. Mann looked exhausted after the surgery. I could tell he took ever precaution to make sure the surgery went well. I can’t thank him enough for fixing my boy. A week after the surgery and Lucas has been enjoying bones and is a very happy dog.
Summerlyn Animal Hospital has my highest endorsement.

Dr Mann is amazing .. within minutes of seeing him my mind is at ease. He knows dogs. He knows how to calm their owner and he takes his time!! He waits until the dog is ready. Today was amazing. So worried about our little one, within 5 min of seeing him, we knew we had nothing to worry about. Petunia, has had only one dose of antibiotics and on Dr Manns recommended diet she is running and wanting to play!
I would Highly recommend Dr Mann... if you are looking for a vet who cares and spends time, this clinic is where you need to be.

The friendliness, service and understanding they have shown each time we visited is second to none and that is after having 2 other fantastic veterinary clinics. awful, the doctor only cares about money. we took our pup there for diarrhea and vomiting the only thing he did was give her a shot that made her WORSE and wanted us to pay almost a thousand dollars to keep our pup there overnight. do not go here, our puppy could not breathe properly and the doctor failed to pick this up. we took her to another vet and she figured out the problem right away, however it was too late and we had to put our 3 month puppy down. the only this this vet cares about is money and being respected (he scolded me for being on my phone while i was trying to figure out my dogs problem). try anywhere else but here.

I took my Dog Cassy to another vet and spent thousands trying to get a handle on some severe skin issues. After finally deciding to look for another vet I called Summerlyn. My experience there was simply amazing. We did blood work to initially diagnose the problem. Once we started Cassy on the medication prescribed the results were absolutely amazing.
This Dr brought my dog such quality of life for years. He was personal and cared for my animal as much as someone could. With such high vet bills due to expensive meds and surgery things got tough but summerlyn was fantastic about working with me so I could afford to give my dog the care she needed and deserved.
Once it came time to say goodbye to poor old Cassy at 16yrs of age, once again the team at summerlyn went above and beyond. They walked us through everything and were very comforting.
We went to summerlyn for years and as far as I'm concerned you cannot find a better animal hospital.
I would like to thank the staff at Summerlyn and most of all Dr. Mann for making my girl comfortable for so many years. You are wonderful people. Thank you!!!

He doesn't even deserve a star worst person ever! I brought my cat in to put him down and he tried to up the bill by having us keep him alive and have all these test run on him and change his food. My cat was pooping blood and puking and had no motivation. We figured putting him out of his misery would be best but this Dr made us feel like complete crap because we couldn't afford the prices of all the tests he wanted to run and even with the test it wasn't certain that he'd make it he was 16 Years old it was his time and this vet made the experiences HORRIBLE! will never go back.

I like to give people chances and I went to this vet, and gave them 3 chances before leaving. It did not take long and I went promptly to a new vet. One time specifically, they gave too much of a vaccine to my 7 pound dog and he became very sick. I found the vet to be very condescending, and did not seem to care when he was so ill. I took my Dog Cassy to another vet and spent thousands trying to get a handle on some severe skin issues. After finally deciding to look for another vet I called Summerlyn. My experience there was simply amazing. We did blood work to initially diagnose the problem. Once we started Cassy on the medication prescribed the results were absolutely amazing.

With such high vet bills due to expensive meds and surgery things got tough but summerlyn was fantastic about working with me so I could afford to give my dog the care she needed and deserved.
Once it came time to say goodbye to poor old Cassy at 16yrs of age, once again the team at summerlyn went above and beyond. They walked us through everything and were very comforting.
We went to summerlyn for years and as far as I'm concerned you cannot find a better animal hospital.
I would like to thank the staff at Summerlyn and most of all Dr. Mann for making my girl comfortable for so many years. You are wonderful people. Thank you!!!

He doesn't even deserve a star worst person ever! I brought my cat in to put him down and he tried to up the bill by having us keep him alive and have all these test run on him and change his food. My cat was pooping blood and puking and had no motivation. We figured putting him out of his misery would be best but this Dr made us feel like complete crap because we couldn't afford the prices of all the tests he wanted to run and even with the test it wasn't certain that he'd make it he was 16 Years old it was his time and this vet made the experiences HORRIBLE! will never go back.
