Brought my dog multiple times explained the situation. Every "solution" the vet had did not work, this includes special meds change of diet shampoo. They just want the money the secretary always has an attitude. Solved the dog problem at another vet strongly advise avoiding this one. Read Less

If you're reading reviews to determine whether or not you'll take your pet to this clinic, please read mine. My cat needed immediate assistance so I brought him there to get checked out. They were quick to scalpel him up after 2 visits, charging handsomely for it. They then proposed an invasive operation - keep in mind my cat is 15 years old. At the time, we didn't know any better and we trusted their expert opinion; we fell into the trap. Before committing to the surgery, I decided to get a second a opinion from another vet. It turns out Fletcher's "expert opinion" was a head scratching misdiagnosis! My second vet was strongly against any type of surgery, saying it was far too invasive for a cat his age, and there were other ways to treat him that would be in his best interest. I can't even imagine what would have happened had we moved forward with the surgery. If you're reading this, please avoid this animal hospital or at least get a second opinion before committing to any intrusive procedures on your pet. Do your diligence and consider finding a trusted vet otherwise it'll cause you grief, and potentially the well being of your pet. Read Less

My dog has been limping for two days and when I called into the office yesterday, someone from front desk told me to monitor my dog for 24hours and to bring him in if he doesnt get better. He told me an appointment was not necessary and I could do a walk-in. I walked into Fletchers Creek animal hospital today at 6pm when the office closes at 7pm, the lady that greeted me told me they would not look at my pet because I made no appointments and that there was not doctor in - therefore no one can look at my pet, and how I could go to the emergency if I want to - zero empathy. If there are no doctors in at 6pm then the clinic should not be open until 7pm. Will not be visiting here again. Read Less

I had dr tej dhaliwal come to my home and take a look at my cat. He said my cat was perfectly fine. After a few days I called dr dhaliwal but hasn't returned my calls I had to go elsewhere to receive the services I needed to find out a few days later that I had to put him down. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services I received from this clinic. I called Dixie Road Pet clinic and was able to get the service I required for my pet and had an amazing experience with them.Read Less

I brought my 10 year old boxer to them because she had a lump on her side, they removed it. She was in such great care and they knew I was worried about her. They sent me a picture of her in recovery wrapped in a warm blanket with a teddy beside her. They treat each aminal as if it is there own. They are best I ever had, friendly with me and Baileys, kind and every helpful. I recommend them to any one how needs a great vet. They understand was a pet means to you. Read Less

I have been with Fletcher's Creek for a few years now and have always received top notch service. You never feel rushed at your appointments and they give you lots of time to explain any issues you are having with your pet, which shows they truly care for their well-being. Just recently we were having difficulty figuring out why one of our cats was so sick, and in the end we found out he needed emergency surgery due to a blockage in his intestine. After a long day of work, Dr. Rice and her team performed this successful surgery at 9pm at night!!! Most vets could easily just say, "ok we'll do surgery in the morning", but no...this amazing team pulled together to save my kitty! They even stay overnight to monitor - please note this is not a 24 hour emergency animal hospital so the fact that they stayed was amazing. When you call to find out how your pet is doing if they are being hospitalized, they answer right away, and the Dr. will get back to you super quickly (within the hour or so). I've experienced some vets where I call to speak with a Dr. and the receptionist will just say, "ok they'll call you back when they are free" and won't call me until sometimes the day after....in my opinion, I find that unacceptable. Dr. Rice and her team will even call you to find out how your pet is doing at home after being hospitalized. This is just a whole other level of care and respect for pets and their owners/families, and of course, they are super professional and experienced, and their rates are average, so it's a win-win (great service for a great price!) I am very happy with the service and will continue to see them as long as I need to! I HIGHLY reccommend this veternarian to anyone! Read Less
