Dr. Dan and all the staff are wonderful! So helpful and so caring. We were with Dr. Dan for 13 years with our first dog from the minute we brought her home from the breeder until the sad day we had to let her go. It took a few years before we would consider another dog but when we decided to, Dr. Dan was naturally our first choice. We even called them from our trailer up north while on vacation when we got our puppy. We were helped out over the phone, even though we hadn't stepped foot in the clinic for almost 6 years. They advised about come concerns we had over the phone and made us an appointment to check out our newest family member the first day we were home from our vacation. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am to have found Dr. Scorgie. Last week my 6 year old German Shepherd started yelping in pain while he was trying to climb the stairs. We just moved to Brampton and Tigers regular Vet was all the way in Niagara!!! Instead of going to the emergency vet, I figured I would wait til morning and call the closest vet to my house. I called them at around 8am. They were kind enough to take Tiger in within the first couple hours for an appointment. What a relief!!! Don't let the outside of the clinic fool your!!! Dr. Scorgie was THE MOST CARING VET, I have ever seen!!!!! He answered all my questions so patiently, with so much detail and concern. Didn't rush me at all. I asked for x rays, and he said we didn't even need them. (A lot of vets would DEF say yes get X-rays to make more out of the visit). After our very thorough appointment, he prescribed meds for Tiger. Guess what!?! One week later and my baby is back to normal!!!!! The receptionist ALSO called be back a few days later to check on how Tiger was feeling! Wow!!! I can't even begin to say how happy I am to have found him. If I had known about this clinic when Tiger was a puppy, I would have driven from Niagara for every appointment.!!! If you're looking for a vet GO TO DR.SCORGIE!!!!!! 15 years ago we brought our very first dog into our lives. Neither my husband or I had ever had a pet before, and to say we were neurotic is an understatement. I have taking my pets to Sprindale Animal Hospital since 1999. Dr Dan Scorgie is the best vet that I have found. The staff are wonderful. I no longer live in Peel Region but drive out of my way to have my dogs taken care of there. Read Less

I just got a new kitten and called this vet to get some information. The receptionist was not helpful what's so ever, she was actually speaking to me like I wasn't the smartest. I had to actually ask "do you not want more customers?" If you are not already a client here, I do not recommend this location. Rude staff and doesn't seem interested in new clients.Read Less
