Sadly last night, January 4th my daughter received a call from her father with regards to their 12 year old german short haired pointer. He had taken a turn for the worse. He had lost the use of his back end along with all bladder and bowel function. Clearly Charlie was in a bad way and not wanting him to suffer one minute longer we left London, Ontario and cold called Brant-Norfolk Vet Clinic with a request to please help us end Charlie's suffering. They were so professional, compassionate and caring. We arrived earlier than expected but out came Dr. Scott Reid with a stretcher to help us bring Charlie in to a comfortable room where we could be with him. He did an exam and it was determined he was at the end stage of his long and lively life. As heart broken as we all were, we all knew that this was the best for Charlie. Dr. Reid explained what was about to happen and in a kind gentle way administered the drugs to ease Charlie into his pain free transition to doggy heaven. We cannot thank you enough for your care and compassion during this very heartbreaking time for the ones whom loved him. May you continue to maintain your professionalism, compassion and caring ways for others needing your services. I bless you in my heart.

My dog needed an emergency surgery for pyometra. I was quoted 4900-6500 in Hamilton which is the first place I took her. We had friends that had gone here so we decided to give it a try and the total was 2200. The vet Dr gagnon was tremendous and we felt completely comfortable with our dog in their hands. Would absolutely 1000 percent recommend this place to anyone and will not be going to the old emergency clinic any longer in Hamilton

The MOST caring, professional, efficient, compassionate & knowledgeable staff I’ve ever experienced. Every step of the process was done with grace & understanding, they give extremely thorough explanations of every move/option, so that you can make the best decision possible for your pet.
We lost our beautiful Meowzer recently, & although heartbroken to lose her, we are so grateful that if she had to go, she went in the company of people who genuinely care & who were doing everything in their power to help.
Dr.Kirby is someone truly making the world a better place for animals & their parents, along with everyone who works here. Sending a handwritten sympathy card to us was really going the extra mile & it meant the world to us. Thank you so much for all you do & keep up the incredible work.

Tracy who looked at my cat I took in lacks compassion for pets and her concern is $$$ ...it's unfortunate when only resort for your pet is to take here for after hours. Not only was she rude and exempt of professionalism, she charged me for at home care, that i administer meds myself ?!?! She pushed for a $2000 surgery zeroing on your upset and worry for your pet. People like her we pet owners don't need in the vet field.

They charged me for complete blood work and did not complete them. They took off a coke can amount of fluid off my sick cat, and should not have, but most of all the diagnosis was wrong. Do not go her...

The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. I brought my puppy Lilly in for her first visit and was so relieved that I chose the right vet for her. They are extremely helpful with answering any questions and any concerns that I had about her examination. The vet gave me great tips to help me with raising Lilly as a pup. I would definitely recommend this vet clinic to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Seguin and your wonderful staff at the Brantford Veterinary Clinic :)

Sadly last night, January 4th my daughter received a call from her father with regards to their 12 year old german short haired pointer. He had taken a turn for the worse. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. I brought my puppy Lilly in for her first visit and was so relieved that I chose the right vet for her. They are extremely helpful with answering any questions and any concerns that I had about her examination. The vet gave me great tips to help me with raising Lilly as a pup.
