This team of amazing people helped me through the loss of my dog who unfortunately passed from health complications. They were there every step of the way and even made a donation in her name, sent us flowers and loving letters plus there genuine compassion is outstanding. I couldn't thank them enough for what they did for my family and ill always appreciate it.

This is such a great vet clinic. They're so caring and patient. I just had my dog in for dental surgery and they explained everything about the procedure and kept me in the loop the whole time. I highly recommend Brantford Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Seguin.

I will start by saying that in the past this clinic has been good to us. We've had no complaints until recently. I feel like typically one incident does NOT warrant a bad review. However, when one such incident is a big one it does.
I had called one morning back in April with an emergency. We woke up and our dog wasn't peeing. She was convulsing and shaking and straining to pee. From the sudden look of her I knew it was an emergency. I waited the 15 minutes until you opened to call to have her in. I explained to the person on the phone that I know this is an emergency and we could NOT wait. We needed to see someone immediately. She told me she had nothing for over a week. I told her I didn't have a week. She reiterated that she Infact had nothing. She suggested I find somewhere else to go.
We picked your office because we trust you and when we are severely in need we are turned away. I didn't want to go elsewhere. But I had no choice. Our dog was in bad shape.
I found a vet clinic that would take her in. Not only did they take us immediately but they cleared their entire day to give a life saving operation to our dog. Without that she would not have made it to the end of the day.
So as a result, We; as well as the rest of my family who have pets in your care, have decided we are switching to a vet clinic that is willing to help in extreme cases.
Like I said,we've had no issues in the past and you've always been good to us, but I can't risk another issue arising and having to rely on you guys to help.

I have entrusted the care of my present 3 cats, and 2 other cats and 3 dogs I was the loving pet parent of to this clinic. Each pet always received/receives such great care, both for their yearly check ups and when there are problems. One of my cats has some major health issues which are always treated quickly with both his health and my own worries given genuine care and compassion. The entire team is great!

We have been taking our Golden Doodle, Lillian to Brantford Veterinary Clinic since she was 8 weeks, she is now 6 years old. They have all been most attentive and caring right from the start. They take the time to explain things to us and never get frustrated with our repeated questions. They are all so patient with Lillian and love her exuberance. Lillian required delicate surgery last spring and Dr. Seguin was wonderful with all of us. They all clearly love what they do and take their jobs very seriously.
I have recommended BVC to a number of pet owners in the area some of which already take their pet there and also rave about them. I would never consider take my girl anywhere else.

I love the staff at the Brantford Veterinary Clinic. They are very caring, treat my pets with great care, understanding and love. We always get great advice and guidance from them whenever our pets have been ill or had surgery. I have taken every animal I have owned to them, being patients there for over 30 years.

The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. I brought my puppy Lilly in for her first visit and was so relieved that I chose the right vet for her. They are extremely helpful with answering any questions and any concerns that I had about her examination. The vet gave me great tips to help me with raising Lilly as a pup. I would definitely recommend this vet clinic to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Seguin and your wonderful staff at the Brantford Veterinary Clinic :)

I will start by saying that in the past this clinic has been good to us. We've had no complaints until recently. I feel like typically one incident does NOT warrant a bad review. However, when one such incident is a big one it does.
I had called one morning back in April with an emergency. We woke up and our dog wasn't peeing. She was convulsing and shaking and straining to pee. Each pet always received/receives such great care, both for their yearly check ups and when there are problems. One of my cats has some major health issues which are always treated quickly with both his health and my own worries given genuine care and compassion. The entire team is great!

We have been taking our Golden Doodle, Lillian to Brantford Veterinary Clinic since she was 8 weeks, she is now 6 years old. They have all been most attentive and caring right from the start. The staff are very welcoming and very friendly. I brought my puppy Lilly in for her first visit and was so relieved that I chose the right vet for her. They are extremely helpful with answering any questions and any concerns that I had about her examination. The vet gave me great tips to help me with raising Lilly as a pup.
