I found the vet Dr Delaveen? very nice and caring. Our cat had to have surgery when he was under 6mnths and it went very well. However, the receptionists there have attitude issues. I don.t believe t...
I found the vet Dr Delaveen? very nice and caring. Our cat had to have surgery when he was under 6mnths and it went very well. However, the receptionists there have attitude issues. I don.t believe they should talk to their clients the way they do. "Condescending" When asked to speak with a vet regarding your animals service, they don.t put you through or have a Dr call you. They take it upon themselves to argue with you about your issue when it should be the Dr that ANY client should be entitled to talk to regarding procedures your animal has underwent. There has been a few incidents this has occurred. As a result we.ll probably switch vets and not refer this clinic to anyone!

I’m not from this area. Im staying with a friends parents to help them out. My dog was having an ‘ear issue’. I called around to numerous vets in Sarnia but none of them were accepting patients, even though this is a one time visit. One Sarnia clinic suggested calling Brights Animal Hospital. I called them later in the day; they accepted us and were able to see my dog the next day. All of the staff were incredibly friendly to both myself and my dog. Their fees were incredibly reasonable!! I was very happy to have had to go a little out of my way ... So worth it!!! Thank you to everyone who made this experience so warm and easy.

Dr Roger and all the staff here are wonderful. Even though we lost Leo in the end, Dr Roger went above and beyond to help Leo. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I’m not from this area. Im staying with a friends parents to help them out. My dog was having an ‘ear issue’. I called around to numerous vets in Sarnia but none of them were accepting patients, even though this is a one time visit. One Sarnia clinic suggested calling Brights Animal Hospital.
