Polite staff. They don't push unnecessary vaccinations or other overly done meds/procedures etc. Took the time with both my dogs (different appointments) and gave the vet thorough exam. Very reasonable prices as well. Quite pleased with my switching over from the vets in the States.

Excellent care and service, with lots of follow up over the phone and in person when needed . They are affordable and work with you when it comes to surgery to keep it in your budget. I love that they outline what is necessary vs what is nice to have with regards to treatment. Truly feel like they care as much about my pets as I do.

Just had a first visit with Dr. Kellie, and she was wonderful. My cat is high stress, and not good with vet appointments. The doctor was very empathetic and kind, even with all the hisses.

My dog Loki and I just starting going to island city animal hospital and the vary first time we went he got all his shots it was nice to get it done right there the vet is so nice and was great with Loki and just under a week later he went and got fixed he wasn't acting weird or anything and it was vary nicely done and tomorrow we go again for a check up :)

I've been to Island City twice to see Dr. Paul - a baby rat with a respiratory infection, and a blue tongued skink with a mouth injury. Both animals received stellar care, lots of attention (you can tell these people really love their jobs!), and recovered fully. I also love the atmosphere, very relaxed and friendly! Visits are fun and I always learn something new. It's so nice to have an exotics vet right here in town.

Last Friday i had to take my juvenile Chinese Water Dragon to see Dr. Paul O'Neil (as recommended by Island City) He had an eye infection from an improper shed and was the first reptile that I've had to have it happen too, doing all the make shift things to help it wasn't helping and i felt bad that it was at the point that i needed to see a vet. Great customer service made the feeling of anxiety go away quickly, i left the hospital knowing i did the right thing and even learned a few new things as well, i can't thank you all enough as a reptile lover it means everything. Polite staff. They don't push unnecessary vaccinations or other overly done meds/procedures etc. Took the time with both my dogs (different appointments) and gave the vet thorough exam. Very reasonable prices as well. Quite pleased with my switching over from the vets in the States.

My dog Loki and I just starting going to island city animal hospital and the vary first time we went he got all his shots it was nice to get it done right there the vet is so nice and was great with Loki and just under a week later he went and got fixed he wasn't acting weird or anything and it was vary nicely done and tomorrow we go again for a check up :)

I've been to Island City twice to see Dr. Paul - a baby rat with a respiratory infection, and a blue tongued skink with a mouth injury. Both animals received stellar care, lots of attention (you can tell these people really love their jobs!), and recovered fully. I also love the atmosphere, very relaxed and friendly! Last Friday i had to take my juvenile Chinese Water Dragon to see Dr. Paul O'Neil (as recommended by Island City) He had an eye infection from an improper shed and was the first reptile that I've had to have it happen too, doing all the make shift things to help it wasn't helping and i felt bad that it was at the point that i needed to see a vet.
