Always their care and service is above and beyond. We were there last week with our dog, Dr. Armita Parandeh explained everything , given an estimate for all vaccine and tests. She even helped us to take our dog into the car cross the parking lot after exam ! Highly recommended.

She did not even take his temperature.
My regular vet is in Ottawa, to far for him to travel.

Dr. Armita and all the staff at Parkedale Animal Hospital are the most caring and compassionate individuals. My little girl was so sick,and they never skipped a beat getting her the help she very desperately needed. I was comforted as I was sick with worry and they reassured me they would do whatever it took to help my baby. This week was a great visit with my dear little girl doing so much better than I has anticipated. Good news, and upon leaving, a little Christmas scarf was placed around my little girls neck. I will never trust anyone to care for my dear Bolt. A million thank you's couldn't express my gratitude. Merry Christmas to you all. How blessed we are, that you were there for us.

I am just writing to thank you so much for your services Thursday morning. It was a very difficult day for me....euthanizing my beloved Peyton. I have never used your services before as I am fairly newer to the area and didn't even realize you were an option. I have to say.....and my mother who was with me agrees.......that his crossing was the most peaceful euthanization we have ever seen. We have many pets between us, and have lost many....so we have been through this so many times before. Not to mention, before the needle went in, Peyton reached up and gave me a kiss. As heart-breaking as this is....I know I have done the best for him. I just wanted to thank you so much. Euthanization is so difficult as it is....and your procedure was so peaceful and amazing. I have many nightmares in my head from past experiences, and I can promise you this....this day isn't one of them. I went away feeling peace. I look forward to using your services in the future.
