Hopefully if you go here, your pet won’t have any urgent issues. Urgent doesn’t get seen for at least three days. They certainly don’t give the vibe that they care about your pet.

While Sherie might be a good vet...she is not good at communicating...she did not help me with my ferrets at all. Under her review...wee Smeagie had had a tumour and a couple of strokes...she did not tell me that at all...you'd think a vet would know if a pet had a stroke. I found out later. The only reason I stayed here was because the support staff was so great and sweet...and other vets in Ham were even worse. At least at this place they didn't charge me as much as they did in Ham.
